Tony not only helped me find exactly what I was looking for, it was by far the fastest and most efficient effort I have seen compared to other cell phone companies. He even assisted me in getting a transfer PIN from Cricket and he did it in just under a minute.If you're looking for solid service and a smooth activation with professionalism, I cannot recommend him enough. 5 Stars are honestly not enough. “I have a nice 55” Samsung RU8000 that is only 4 years old. It had trouble turning on for a week or two before it finally couldn’t do it anymore. I paid $900 for it new so I really didn’t want to just toss it in the trash. I called Tom and he said he could most likely fix it. Within 3 days Tom had figured out the problem, fixed the TV, and had it back to me in time to watch the Bills crush the Steelers. The price for repair was fair and much less than a new tv would have cost. Tom was courteous, professional, and great at communicating what was going on throughout the whole process. Thank you!”

The lady that checked us out, Crystal, was so completely pleasant and wonderful in a non forced way that I couldn't help but leave there smiling. If you are getting in line here and see a line with a cashier that has curly hair, glasses, and just *looks* like a nice person cash out there.”

“The T-Mobile store on Transit Rd has top-notch staff. Eric is a guru and has taken care of any issues we've had over the past few years.T-Mobile as a service provider has been fairly decent except for the fact that they dropped the discount for auto pay unless you bill it directly to your bank account. With the past data breaches, we will not and recommend you don't give up the security features of using your credit card for auto pay to anyone.We do plan to switch service providers partly due to this.Thanks again, Eric, for your excellent support.”

“I thought that I had already completed a review on this company, but I was just lying in bed thinking of how blessed I was to have found this company at the 2019 Midwinter Dental Meeting. They took care of getting my prescription in the loupes very easily and made sure that I had sufficient battery packs and carrying case. I remember being hesitant about purchasing because it was my first pair of TTL as well as light. I was just adjusting my loupes earlier and it seems that I need to reach out to them for an adjustment, which I don't believe will be a problem at all. I'm always getting compliments on my carrying case, as not many other hygienists in my area are familiar with Rose. I always let them know that they are a family run business that I enjoyed working with and would recommend them to anyone. I can't believe it took me this many years to leave a review, but thank you all so much for all you do and the special care that you show to each customer. My batteries and light are in great condition, even after a few drops of my batteries, lol.”

“This 7-Eleven is just around the corner from us. It has all the usual products you would expect to find. The best thing they offer, in my opinion, is the breakfast sandwich selection. You can get an excellent sandwich with egg, cheese, and either ham, sausage, or bacon on a kaiser roll for $4. The sandwiches were $3 for the longest time but finally had to go up in price.The sandwiches are very good. They are always offered on week days and sometimes on the weekend, but not always on the weekend. Be sure to get there early if you want bacon because they sell out quickly. Ham is not always available, but sausage is usually always there.Don't forget to sign up for the frequent customer card so you can get free food later.”

“I will give 5 stars for Brandon. Everytime he's taken care of my phone issues, he was very professional. I've been in this location several times and have interacted with several agents. My visit before this last one made me consider moving to a different vendor. Rude and short tempered agents ignoring concerns I and other customers had. A female agent more interested in ordering her lunch than helping the line of customers in the store that day. Another question is why is there NO designated Handicapped Parking? There are 2 1/2 parking spots in the front and several behind the store, that are INCONVENIENT to those of us who have mobility problems. Give us one of those spots please.”

“Try to ask for a young man named Nick...just terrific. My iPhone Pro Max 11 slipped out of my pocket and was submerged for seconds. I dried it out as carefully as I could. Everything worked fine except for the phone speaker/earpiece...I was forced to use Speaker Phone all the time. I was told by previous Apple customer reps that there was nothing you could do, just buy a new $1200 Pro Max. I related my problem to Nick....he said "let me see what I can do for you." He returned from the back in minutes...the phone now worked PERFECTLY. Nick had carefully cleaned out residue in the small speaker for the phone with a variety of small instruments...a brush, pic, etc. Job well done...terrific customer service Apple..promote guys like Nick who care!”

“Great place for gas and food. Can sometimes be overpriced on gas. Lancaster NY Arco is always 15 cents less. But anyway the employees are nice, especially Amanda. But this one young guy that works nights is not talkative at all. Say hello with no response say goodnight and no response. So you know who is he works nights at time I was there it was January 21st 2024 at around 7:30 p.m. so I would suggest that you would talk to him and tell him to be friendly and have some manners and also the restroom garbage can is always overfull and messy. So please talk to this young man about some manners. Still a great place for gas and goodies but teach this young man some manners.”

“Love the coffee choices both hot and iced.taquitos are fairly priced and delicious, however not always available, seems that workers only make a couple at a time, and yet the deal prices are for 3 and 4 at a time. Would be nice if they were available more effectively when deal price is present. I personally buy 8 every morning when available for my husband and myselfBut lately only 2 or 3 available. I go to same 7-11 every morning at the same time I get the same items each day, but lately its a gamble. I feel this is a worker problem not a supply problem, they go and get a handful right away but who has that kind of time to wait.”

“CRACKER COATED PEANUTS I found a new guilty pleasure in an unlikely place at this convenience store. 7-Eleven sells "Cracker Coated Peanuts" under their same brand. They're peanuts, obviously enough, but with a salty, crunchy cracker crust baked onto them. The flavor I got was sweet BBQ. These peanuts make eating regular peanuts the old fashion way seem foolish and ridiculous. Even Mother Nature looks like the idiot here: she covered peanuts in a bland, tasteless shell for millions of years that required us to crack open and discard, and in walks 7-Eleven with an astoundingly delicious improvement to her terrible design intended on keeping peanuts safe from frost and dirt. I kinda wonder what else could be covered in cracker coatings that we've been missing out on all these years... Bananas? Corn on the cob? Christmas presents? When we start putting cracker coating on all of life's delicacies, the world truly is now our oyster. Hey! Oysters would be great too.”
