“If you want branded shoes with a cheaper price, that's your store. Though they have a lot of collections, I went there for shoes and guess what I loved their collections! The staffs are also so friendly.”
“I recently visited your QCM location during a very stressful week and wanted to bring attention to the stellar service provided by Nelly.Nelly handled my makeup session with extreme care, talent, and a warm attitude. Her engaging conversation and exceptional customer service made me feel incredibly special and valued as a customer.I believe excellent service should be celebrated. I wanted to ensure that her supervisors are aware of her impact, and I highly recommend her for any internal recognition, awards, or performance bonuses available.”
“Very helpful staff that directed me to the section I needed to find. I needed to find a pair of boots, so I could do some shoveling. I expected to spend at least $150 on a pair, but found a decent set of boots on clearance for a really low price.”
“The store is small so if you're looking for like a coffee maker for example you're not going to have too many different options to choose from but you'll be able to leave there with a coffee maker...
That's the best way I can describe this location
It's clean, it's handicap accessible, it's right by the seven train 82nd Street stop so all in all the benefits of it outweigh the lack of diversity for the item your looking for.
You'll probably find the item you're looking for it's just you won't have 4 different brands and sizes to choose from is all”
“This Five Below is pretty much like any other Five Below. It has all the usual stuff and the store itself is really spacious, which I liked.
One thing that surprised me though was the checkout situation. I saw self checkout machines, but they weren't being used and everyone had to go to a human cashier instead. Honestly, it's kinda rare to see that at Five Below nowadays since most locations mostly use self checkout. Overall it was a pretty normal Five Below experience, but the bigger space and actual cashiers made it feel a little different from other locations.”
