My girl helped me immediately when I needed help. She stormed through the whole inventory for kids, womens, and mens sizes tryna find my size, all in like 3 mins and 34 seconds (while assisting other customers).
Normally they just be like “yeah we dont got it, we can order it and have it sent to your address” like breh… idc if it’s a 6.5 in kids/men or an 8 in women’s ? if the shoe fits ….. it fits. Shout out to people who are good at their god damn jobs!

“I’m am so happy to give this review concerning Amber’s stellar customer service; you see, following a cap purchase in my hurry to get out of my car the cap fell out the bag and into some dark paint. I immediately became distraught but I had the clear of mind to call the store and at least mention this to them and see if they can offer a solution to clean or maybe even replace. The person who picked up the phone was Amber and she informed me to come back to the store she would do her best to help me - she did!I am grateful to her and she deserves this review and recognition….”

“I recently had my suit altered here and I could not be happier with the results. The tailor was experienced and very professional. I had my suit back in less than a week(this was during prom season). It had the perfect slim fit I was looking for. However, the tailor did taper my pants a little too much but when I brought it back, they altered it free of charge. Keep in mind that the alterations were very affordable.The staff were also great. All three staff that I’ve been helped by were accommodating and friendly. I ended up returning my original dress shirt for one of the dress shirts they were selling which was higher quality and equally affordable.I read some of the reviews here complaining about an unfriendly service but I could not disagree more. I was in the shop today and noticed some teenagers who were making a fuss over not being able to read the details on the suit deal Quails was offering. If you treat the staff kindly, they will reciprocate. It is basic mannerisms. I came here to had my suit altered for prom and the customer service was great!5/5 would come back again for more alterations.”
“I was surprised at how easy it was to navigate this mall and it has mostly everything that a teenager needs! I see Pacific sun is coming soon as well. Everyone seemed friendly and I was happy to see a cheesecake factory that was not very crowded at the time.”

“This place is great; it has all kinds of shoes your kids would love for excellent and affordable prices. If you have kids, this should for sure be your go-to store to visit when walking around. My favorite part is the customer service. The employees and manager always welcomed me and helped me right away with finding sizes or with whatever questions I might have had, especially Raelynn; she is fantastic and seems to enjoy what she does. She’s always very attentive and provides excellent customer service by making me feel comfortable with the items I look into purchasing—definitely a true sneakerhead.”
