“I am taking the time to write this because I don’t understand why there are so many negative reviews. I just mailed a package this afternoon that took a matter of minutes to complete. The gentleman who helped me was extremely helpful and professional, and even gave my son a lollipop. I can’t comment on anything about having a PO Box at this location, but I’m fairly certain that if you pay attention to the hours that they’re open when you get the box, that there shouldn’t be any issues accessing it. I had a great experience here.”

“I’m not sure what all the negative feedback is about…but today a lady went out of her way to get a package that arrived there that was going to the wrong address…show wrote dien the tracking number and went to go find it. It was a white lady who helped me a black guy.
