“I was having a big issue with my son’s cell phone. I tried calling Verizon to fix it, but after over a half hour I was losing my mind, so I decided to give the Verizon store in Islandia a try. Jake welcomed me over graciously, not minding at all that I was just there for service, and fixed my issue unbelievably fast. He even tweaked my plan to save me some money which was a nice surprise. His two colleagues also stopped by when they finished their customers to lend support to Jake if he wanted it. Great atmosphere and service. Smart, kind, generous and witty…everything you can ask for in a (Verizon) man. ? I highly recommend this store. Thank you all again for saving the day!!!”

“What I thought was a complicated process moving my phone from one carrier to another which includes the dual SIMM feature, turned out to be simple; the Verizon agent Shedley had explained the process to me in full and offered to help me port both numbers over to my new cell phone once I get my new phone activated through my company. His associate Jeff was just as accommodating and both told me about a business plan offer once I activate my phone. Thanks to both for their assistance!”

“I went into the medford store today and was greeted by christian..store manager. I was looking to upgrade an older phone and he was so helpful. Gave me options and knowledge about the newer phones. He was beyond patient and helpful. I asked so many questions and got all my answers. I purchased a new phone and he set everything up for me. The best experience ever. My husband is going back to this location tomorrow to get a new phone. Five stars. Best customer service. Thanks”

“Everyone at the Smith Haven Mall AT&T store are great, especially JoJo, Darius and Opal, they are the best! My husband had a major issue with his SIM card and phone number when we first switched to At&T from Verizon and they worked so hard and diligently to get it resolved for him, I mean for weeks this went on & they were persistent and really cared about helping him. They were great and we won’t go to any other AT&T store from then on for help or upgrades. We highly recommend them & the Smith Haven Mall AT&T store”
