It turned out it wasn’t the cable. Sales associate said it may be the video card. “I had 3 boats transported - 2 from savage river and 1 from Florida. All of them arrived without a scratch. I think it's important to note that this is a family owned business and the timing of transport won't always fit your needs. I didn't want to make the drive from Texas to Maryland or Florida so I let them know when the boats would be ready months in advance and as time got closer, I would give them updates to they could plan accordingly. The boats were ready months before they were able to get to them which should be expected because they are driving around the entire country picking up and delivering boats which is the only way their business model works. Was happy when the boats arrived and also happy they were in perfect condition. Would do business with again.”

I recently moved to another area 15 minutes away, and after going to this other post office, I will gladly wait in this line to deal with Jim or Jay or Alan, or annnyyy other employee at this location! They have such sunny, fun personalities that truly change the atmosphere. If you walk in here having a bad day, it will surely turn around. Not to mention, other places will deny you if you don't have things packaged up, labeled, or taped properly. These people will actually help you get it situated without making you feel like an idiot. From someone who sells a lot online, seems like literally within an hour or so after I drop a package off in their package drop its scanned and on their way. “I called in to this store and spoke to Vicky. I called asking about the status of my overnight package which I had not received at the expected time (3hrs late). Receiving the package on time was very important to me and my weekend revolved around it’s delivery - which is why I felt comfortable paying the $111 shipping cost.
I asked Vicky about the status of my package and the possibility of a refund, if any, considering it’s late status. She sympathized with my situation immediately and told me she was going to take the appropriate steps to provide me with the answers I needed. I received a call back from her within 10 minutes after she made several phone calls, one of which was to a UPS location in NH.
I can only assume Vicky expressed my situation efficiently and with a sense of urgency because I received the call back from her within 10 minutes. Although my package will not be here until Monday, I am now able to plan my weekend accordingly by not having to wait at my apartment for another 4 hours for a package that will not be here today.
Even though my package will be late, I can comfortably leave my apartment and enjoy the rest of my weekend because of Vicky! This might not seem like a big deal, but it’s the little things that count. Vicky deserves some recognition from upper management!”
