“My car was hit while parked at the shopping mall. I came into Epic Collision looking to pay out of pocket for the damage. As a first time buyer i was unsure and worried about going through insurance.I talked to Rasheed where he took me through the whole process and even told me what to say. Upon dropping off my car , Rasheed offered me a ride back home. Insurance adjuster viewed the car on 4/8 car was complete and ready for pick up 4/16. My car looked brand new like nothing ever happened. Rasheed went above and beyond and washed / cleaned the interior and exterior as well. I hope I won’t have to return but if I have to this will be my 1 and only choice , Great work and customer service.”
“I have a Toyota with a muffler leak I was hearing on the back. I took it to city field and was told that I needed to change the entire muffler and was going to cost me around 250. I was like that is crazy. Lucky I found lb automotive. Lucas was a very reasonable guy and showed me exactly where was bad. It was a hole right before the pipe meets the muffler. I was only charged 60 and the car is quiet and good for now!

I made an appointment for 9am and was greeted as soon as I pulled up. I love places that schedule and don't waste time. I explained my problem, showed video of the rain getting in the car. I went for a walk and was called with price, and in under an hour. The clogged hoses were cleaned.

I was particularly impressed by how quickly the work on my car was completed. I was away for work for 2 1/2 weeks, and was informed that my vehicle would be completed by the time I return. My car was done before that and I was able to return the rental car earlier than expected. I was especially impressed by the communication that Randy, one of the representatives at Hassell Brothers, stayed in constant communicatuon with me. He told me that the shop treats all of their customers vehicles like family, and they definitely came through. I was expecting poor customer service, but my experience with Hassell Brothers was the total opposite. My car repairs was completed before the time I was told, and I was so happy! Hassell Brothers even washed my car. My car was full of pollen and embarrassingly dirty, but they cleaned it.
