“My car was hit while parked at the shopping mall. I came into Epic Collision looking to pay out of pocket for the damage. As a first time buyer i was unsure and worried about going through insurance.I talked to Rasheed where he took me through the whole process and even told me what to say. Upon dropping off my car , Rasheed offered me a ride back home. Insurance adjuster viewed the car on 4/8 car was complete and ready for pick up 4/16. My car looked brand new like nothing ever happened. Rasheed went above and beyond and washed / cleaned the interior and exterior as well. I made an appointment for 9am and was greeted as soon as I pulled up. I love places that schedule and don't waste time. I explained my problem, showed video of the rain getting in the car. I went for a walk and was called with price, and in under an hour. The clogged hoses were cleaned.
