“I received a call from Tom Reynolds inquiring about any interest I may have in trading in my current Trax for a new updated model. I declined the offer. He was understanding, not "pushy" and offered his assistance in the future should I/we ever need it. Hearing the honesty and respect in his voice I decided to proceed and inform Tom that my husband may be interested and had been looking at the Chevy Colorado with the Crew cab but I wasn't certain if he was ready to purchase at this time. Again, Tom offered his services, without being "pushy", whenever he was ready. I discussed it with my husband. We gave little notice that we were on our way to the dealership and yet Tom still was honest, respectful and helpful; treating us as if we were his only clients in the dealership. We started the buying process looking at one truck but over the weekend we found another which peaked our interest even more. Tom went out of his way to get us that truck to take a look at and had another waiting just in case we needed more options. Tom Reynolds is a great salesperson who treated us with respect and not just another sale. It took less than a week from that phone call from Tom to having a new truck in our driveway. “Honorable mechanics—what I once thought was an oxymoron, has become truth in Dave and his partner. I had taken my Dodge Charger (that continued losing power while driving) to three (3) other mechanics, including two (2) dealerships, all of whom charged $250 for a 1hr diagnosis. $1k later, no one could figure it out nor did they wish to. Dave was kind, professional and honest. While the weeks rolled by that Dave had my car, he never wavered in his tone of politeness and professionalism in attempting to address the issue that he had never come across. My car had been out of commission for the majority of the summer and fall and Dave worked on my car’s mysterious symptoms between regular scheduled jobs he had in order to get me back on the road. Each week I called, he was honest in his report of what had been done and what continued to bewilder him. Nevertheless my car worked for that week, but it may be time for another and if my next car should have any trouble, I will be sure to bring it to D&B Auto as I appreciated the patience and care he gave myself and my vehicle.”

“My car was totaled in an accident. I picked Northside to have AAA tow it to, because their reviews online were stellar. When my insurance company was taking a while giving me info about the process of getting a quote, and basically giving me the runaround, the manager of Northside, Adam, gave me very helpful information on navigating the process. When I called, he would always get back to me very timely, and was sweet, honest and helpful. I appreciated his kindness very much during what was a very stressful time. When the insurance company told me they were totaling the car out as a loss, I went to the shop to collect my belongings out of the car. A lovely employee named Sam helped me get into the car, and offered his assistance with whatever I needed - not leaving me until I said I was all set and could handle the rest myself. After he went back inside, I realized I needed to get things out of the trunk, which I could not get into because the car battery was dead. Sam and another fellow came out, and after being unsuccessful getting the trunk to open, contorted themselves to get into the trunk via the backseat. In other words, every single person I spoke with at Northside really went above and beyond with their customer service. It was **greatly** appreciated, especially at a sad time for me (I was not ready to say goodbye to this car, lol). I would recommend them very highly. I think the world of them.”
