“First off I'll just start by saying I am American and not from the middle east. However I've been on a middle eastern food kick lately, trying all kinds of different things and making some new recipes. There are several shops along Pacific Hwy that sell various types of middle eastern foods. I tried this place tonight because they make pizza and kabobs. They are both excellent. The pizza is unlike any other flavors I've tried before, yet still familiar enough to most American style pizzas. It came with ketchup which I found interesting and wouldn't typically use this condiment on pizza, however on this particular pizza I just added a little and it was surprisingly good actually. Somehow the tanginess of the ketchup went with this pizza. Really amazing flavors all around. Perfectly cooked dough, nice and chewy on the crust with lots of crispy bits of cheese.
The kabobs are filling my whole car and house with good smells right now. These are not the same as typical kabobs you might find at a middle eastern style food truck. These are Chapli Kebabs and they are flat, burger shapped patties rather than chunks of meat that are cooked on a skewer. Comes with nice freshly baked bread, very soft and saw lots of people coming into the store just to buy this bread as well.
They have a pretty good selection of all kinds of other random stuff and lots of dried fruits and nuts as well as some Lebanese style cheeses, homemade yogurt, homemade pickles and other things. I don't think Americans typically shop here but they were very kind towards me. You will have to ask them about ordering the food as there really was no menu or anything that I saw. I think most people going here already know what they have/want type of situation, so I'm posting pics of what I ordered just for reference.

“I’ve been ordering meat packages from Jd Price rite since 2009 and I’ve always been treated like family, pick up or delivery service is A1. They’re going to work with you to make sure they accommodate your needs. I don’t think I’ve ordered 1 meat package ever without substitutes lol In store they have the freshest produce. I absolutely love this store! Plus this is the only place I can find my favorite lime koolaid lol”

“This Whole Foods had so many things that you wouldn’t find in a usual grocery store, it had beautiful interior and exterior - that makes the atmosphere and attracts more people (great marketing move). Everything was clean and in its place. If you are close by than definitely come visit this place!”
“My family shops here for the vast majority of our groceries. The produce is usually fresh and we can find 90% of the items on our grocery list in the aisles. We have found that our dollar goes a lot further here than at some of the other local grocery stores. We also have a good time going through the "Aldi's Great Finds" section as there are usually good products for a discount price. I would definitely recommend switching to shopping here to anyone who is finding it increasingly frustrating when they look at their grocery bill!”

“Great little store in a convenient location close to my hotel. Lots of good stuff in here. All the major candies, drinks, food, etc. Well stocked with good lighting. In fact, at 6:00 on a weekday, they were even restocking shelves. Didn't even look like they needed to be restocked in the first place. When I went to check out, the guy was super friendly and took good care of me. In fact, he noticed that I had some leftover food from a nearby restaurant with me, and offered me a bag to carry it in, and bagged it up for me. Very thoughtful.”

Solid summer sandwich! Also got a single shot of expresso that got me through the afternoon. Recommend you stop by and check it out.”

“I did an instacart pick up today (08/01/24 around 06:00 I parked in spot #2) at the Aldi's on Maple. After checking in online I was greeted by the nicest, most professional and friendly worker. She was so kind. I wish I knew her name so she could get some recognition. Im hoping the management team will be able to see who she is based upon the parking spot number and date and time of my pickup. Everything was organized and packed perfectly! The pick up was seamless and efficient! Kudos to the Aldi team for having an amazing employee.”
“For the floral department: Linda is amazing. I went with a photo of my inspiration and she knew exactly how to get the look. It's very organized with a planning sheet as your order sheet that goes through every person you might need flowers for. She even did magnetic boutonnieres for the little kids and advised us to only have white flower petals on the ground as to not stain my dress and what shaped bouquets would be good for each girl's bodytype. She knows what she's doing and does it well for an amazing price, 1/3 the cost of my first quote. She even helped to load up the car that morning with everything labeled for who is wearing or carrying what.”

“Nice and new Aldi location. Clean, plenty of room to move around and navigate carts. The same selection you find in all the other locations. I know it’s a busy area but when we came it was tough that so many basic things we needed were out of stock. No Broccoli, cabbage, ground pork. Oh well, not good luck. Will have to try another location when I am closer to home.”
