It also lacks those stupid kiosks, so you actually get to speak to a human. I know strange right?? Customer Interaction is always great, people are friendly. This is the way a small town postal office should be, and I hope it stays this way!!!”

“Quick and easy unlike NYC where I used to live. Buffalo is much calmer. Just a heads up, they do close for a period of time during lunch hours. It's funny how things are reversed here. As a New Yorker, we'd go out on our lunch break to mail out packages. Also, there is no kiosk system here.”

“Typical college bookstore. Almost everything is obscenely overpriced. One positive is that you can order your textbooks online and ship them to the store to save on shipping fees. Upon entering the store, I was greeted by several employees, and asked if I needed assistance. I just handed them my email confirmation, and I was given my books. Easy in and out in less than 15 minutes. You can probably find the books much cheaper online if you look hard enough.”
“The Lancaster Post Office has been fantastic to work with for our EDDM (Every Door Direct Mail) campaigns. The staff is consistently fast, knowledgeable, and professional, and they make the process of getting our marketing materials shipped and processed much easier. They are always helpful when we have questions and get everything handled efficiently. “I was trying to have several packages picked up. I’m unfamiliar with the process, So I reached out to my local post office, which is located on William Street in Buffalo. When I called the night before I spoke with Alicia, who was extremely helpful, Giving the important information I needed to make sure my package pick up went smoothly. When I called back the next morning to let them know I forgot to submit the online request she told me “no problem. I printed out and gave him the information from your prior request” she went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly, even calling him after I had just missed him. He came back 10 minutes later and was nice as ever.”
“Great post office these people work very hard and they have a counter that you can drop off pre-labeled Parcels so you don't have to wait in line. A well-oiled machine in my opinion”
“This was likely not the best representation of this post office as it was a Saturday before Xmas so it was busy and slow. There was also a problem with a computer so only 2 were up and running. It looks like normally there is at least 3 if not 4 registers.
Staff were very polite and knowledgeable. There was plenty of packing material, even special holiday themed boxes and mailers.
This is great if you're a Canadian and need to mail something in the USA as its right beside the Galleria mall.”

“I went in to the Getzville Post Office last month to get a passport picture taken and send my completed application. They couldn't have been more helpful. They saw that I had signed the application in blue ink instead of black and gave me a new form. They took multiple pictures and included more than one with the application to be sure that at least one was acceptable. They had pre-addressed envelopes.
I explained that I needed it in about ten weeks and they told me that I didn't need to pay extra to expedite it. I received my new passport in 17 DAYS. Thanks for the help!”
