“By far this is the most reliable trucking company I've found in the past 11 years. In the past, whenever I've had to hire a freight co. to go into a NJ port, I pretty much have to say a prayer ahead of time because some companies are so unreliable; costing businesses hundreds to thousands in drayage fees. Since I started using ODFL on the regular, I have not had one issue and I always get my freight when they promise. Transport may run about 20% more than other companies but worth it in the long run.”

I did not have an appointment, but I was hoping they took walked ins. The 2 guys WERE AWESOME. nicer than any one at grand island and niagara falls. “I went in to the Getzville Post Office last month to get a passport picture taken and send my completed application. They couldn't have been more helpful. They saw that I had signed the application in blue ink instead of black and gave me a new form. They took multiple pictures and included more than one with the application to be sure that at least one was acceptable. They had pre-addressed envelopes.
I explained that I needed it in about ten weeks and they told me that I didn't need to pay extra to expedite it. I received my new passport in 17 DAYS. Thanks for the help!”
