They are kind and compassionate individuals as well. They are also extremely transparent with any procedures that they perform and never suggest anything that is unnecessary. I highly recommend them!

Sam’s Deli
636 Glen Cove Ave, Glen HeadThe moment you walk into Sam's Deli, you can tell it's a staple of the community. Walls are plastered with pictures of customers and even family holiday cards. There was a steady flow of customers during my short time waiting for my order and the owners made small talk with likely regulars. Businesses such as these deserve to be supported. I ordered the Coast to Coast, which was delicious with a generous serving of roast beef and perfect ratio of meat to cole slaw and Russian dressing. While I will definitely visit again, I likely won't become a regular due to high prices. The Coast to Coast cost $15.99, climbing to $17.99 with tax and credit card fee. While the sandwich was delicious and of good size, I don't feel it was large enough to warrant this price (which other deli's can rightfully charge). A picture of the menu on Google from 5 years ago shows the same sandwich to be $7.99+tax. Expenses are increasing for everyone, but I feel the current price is no longer a good value for the money and I'll limit visits to special treats rather than a frequent occurrence.

Youngs Farm
91 Hegemans Ln, Glen HeadWe have loved Young's Farms over the past 40 years- great fresh produce, delicious breads, soups and baked goods and you can always find something unique and special in the home goods. The staff is so attentive and friendly. Last week, add to that list my interaction with Stella, who is fairly new to the Farm. So friendly and sweet. I needed a few items wrapped and she did an amazing presentation. Thank you Stella and look forward to seeing you again.
