Every customer service representative should be like him. He even called me back to give me additional information about where I could view the fridge on display. He answered all of my questions about the dimensions of the fridge, the material used for shelving, and the installation service available. He was able to locate the fridge I was looking for. If you ever visit the PC Richards Bay Ridge location, you should ask for him.”
