“I came by to get my first proper business attire with absolutely 0 knowledge of what to expect. The moment I entered the store, I was instantly greeted warmly by David the owner. I told him I have no clue of my sizes and what I really wanted besides a suit.
Throughout the entire 1.5 hours I was there, David and I were having great conversation and he was really helpful in teaching me even basic fashion styles all whilst making me feel incredibly comfortable. Once he measured my sizes, the first sports coat and first slacks given to me perfectly fit, had superb quality, and looked beautiful. We tried some dress shirts, a tie, and went through probably 10 different pairs of shoes to match with the fit (of which we took 2 pairs of shoes).
This has been the best customer service I have received in my life so far. I heavily advise on coming down here to check out their selection of suits, pants, shoes, but primarily the master talent that David has, and his sense of fashion that pairs so well with his skills. Thank you so much for setting me up with amazing clothing that will last me a lifetime, David!”

This time was no different: Molly was perfect, helping get my wife into her first pair of running shoes in years. Turns out the best match for her was Altras, a brand that even I as a more experienced runner would never have considered. Customers should expect to wait during peak shopping hours, especially if you want to use the computer-driven walkpad/gait analysis. But it's worth it for the level of attention and expertise you get.”

“I was really surprised to find out that Puma offers embroidery services now! I decided to try it out and I'm so glad I did. The service was really good and exceeded my expectations.
Joan was incredibly sweet and patient with all of my requests. I had quite a few specific demands for how I wanted my Speedcat shoes customized, and he handled everything professionally. The embroidered name came out perfect, the quality and placement were exactly what I wanted.
This experience has honestly changed my opinion of Puma as a brand. The personal touch and excellent customer service really impressed me. I'm definitely planning to buy more Puma products in the future. Highly recommend giving their embroidery service a try if you want to personalize your gear!”
