“My business partner needed an important pvc fitting to repair a fish tank earlier today and he found his way here. As he describes to me, he called ahead to check if the part was in stock and the employee said it was and after arriving and browsing the store (which apparently had a impressive selection of well organized, clean supplies) he found the part and went to the checkout where the employee had already picked out and kept a seperate one just in case the others had sold out. This is clearly a hardware store above the rest, great service like this should be rewarded, please go here instead of a giant corporate store!”

“The store is really good. I guess the fact that it's brand new means that they have more things than others. The people who work there are very helpful and go out of their way to make sure they can help you. As somebody who has worked in retail, it shows that everyone works together and is customer-oriented. So many stores today barely acknowledge your existence but this is not one of them. 5 stars!”
“Everyone is so nice and helpful. You can find everything you need here. This is what a hardware store should be not aisle after aisle of big box stores useless stuff. I find things here that you can't find anywhere else. As an added incentive to come here they take care of a family of cats who are allowed to come and go as they please.?”
“While changing out my water heater today, I realized I was missing a couple of important pipe fittings. It was 10 minutes until the store closed. I called and ask if they could accommodate me as I would be there at the exact time the store closed. Not only did they have the part waiting for me on the counter, I was greeted with a smile and lovely staff. I am very grateful.”

She helped us select paint color for every room in our home, including suggesting a high gloss for certain areas and the most exquisite wallpaper for our mudroom powder room and hallways. “I have had many issues with Home Depot, however this time was one of the best. I want to give a shout out to the manager, Rob. I was in twice trying to get a turf carpet for my daughter, both times no one was there in carpeting to help me. The 2nd time, Rob, the manager, gave me his card and told me to email him exactly what I needed and he would have it delivered the next day (which was her birthday).
