“I talked to a few propane companies and chose Suburban because their pricing was fair and their people were extremely nice and helpful. In addition to a furnace, we also needed propane for our 22KW generator and our living room free standing propane stove. I had a number of setup and connection questions and Suburban was very helpful in answering all my questions. After they connecting our devices, they pressure checked, leak checked and adjusted the regulators to insure all my devices had their required optimized flow. From my first call to the final instillation, I spoke to 5 people at Suburban and all 5 could not have been nicer. In summary, I found the Suburban team's customer support and their quality of work to be second to none and definitely recommend them. Just give them a call and you will quickly learn what I mean by extremely nice people”

“3 times the 26 foot trucks were terrible to drive over 45 and nearly impossible over 60. Cargo van was very nice to drive, handle, load. Has plenty of anchors to strap things down and a nice padded floor.”

“I am currently rehabbing a house and am forced to switch to propane do to a delay in having a replacement gas service and new meter installed. Prior to this project I have never needed propane for anything other than my grill. Without recommendation, I began a search for a temporary propane service to be provided. The disparity in pricing per gallon, service and fees was staggering. In the end I went with Superior Energy. It was a little confusing in the beginning as they are a large company and getting where exactly I needed to go took a bit. However, I have been absolutely impressed with their pricing and customer service! I have had excellent customer service from my salesperson, through the offices right through to the delivery and set up. Shout out specifically to the Newark and Caledonia offices for there communication between each other and follow ups. I could not have imagined a better interaction and to top it off they had the best pricing!! Thank you, thank you and thank you!”
“I was very impressed from the start with my phone call inquiring if they could install a new trailer hitch I had purchased on a new car. Cay was professional, pleasant, give me a fair quote, and made sure that I had the correct hitch for my car. James did the work and he was outstanding in every way. I explained that it was a new car and I had seen the U-Haul You Tube video where they installed the exact hitch on this car. I mentioned that I was concerned about scratches, how they handle the bumper sensors, etc. James answered all my questions clearly, and I felt quite confident that he would do a good job. As he was working he came out a couple of times to show me the progress he was making. I couldn't be more pleased with the result or the outstanding service from this U-Haul location. Highly recommended.”

“This was our second time renting a van from you so we can haul our race stuff for local races on the west side of the Genesee River. We weren't sure how much easier it would make things than using our two cars and if it would be worth the additional expense, but it makes a huge difference. We've concluded we will do that for every race, so we'll see you for two more this year (another one in Greece and the final one in Spencerport) and will be back for 2024.
