Blood orange olive oil, chocolate and blueberry balsamic vinegars are some robust delicious flavors. The owner Rita is very knowledgable and will help you sample the offerings so you can decide which you want to try. I was beyond surprised to learn that some of these products can be used with desserts. What a pleasant surprise. She also has some wares that you can combine with the oils and vinegars to create beautiful host and hostess gifts. There are several different sized bottles that you can fill with the oils and vinegars. The smallest would actually make nice party, shower or event favors.”
