“My son and I visited the Scarsdale DXL Big +Tall. First, I loved the store. It had a great layout and excellent selection of suits, jackets and pants, with various sizes. The assistant manager Emily was great and made wonderful tie suggestions . The sales associate Chris was excellent! He knew the products and how they cut and gave excellent suggestions. It was so easy finding exactly what my son needed. My son plans to shop there regularly from now on. Highly recommend!”

“I WANT TO THANK GIOVANNI HIMSELF FOR WHAT HE DID FOR ME. I was turned away by another Tux shop and others just did not have what I wanted. I walked in and the assistant working there was so sweet and nice. Giovanni came out and introduced himself to me and asked me what he could for me . I told him that my other options didn't go well and I just saw this place and I explained exactly what I was looking for . Giovanni assured me that even though it takes a certain time Fram to get what I was looking for that he will have them expedite it. My wedding was 22 Days away and I was nervous. Giovanni took all my measurements and took his time and help me pick out the best Tux ever. Giovanni was very nice and polite and gave me a time frame of when the suit will be ready. GUESS WHAT ?? THE MAN GOT ME MY WEDDING TUX AND TAILORED IT PERFECTLY A WEEK EARLIER THAN HE HAD TOLD ME. HE IS FREAKING AWESOME AND MADE MY WEDDING DAY THE BEST DAY EVER. I APPRECIATE ALL OF HIS EFFORTS AND HE TRULY IS SPECIAL. HIS TUXEDO STORE IS THE BEST IN NEW YORK, BY FAR. THANK YOU SO MUCH GIOVANNI .!!!!!!”

The cashier was not accommodating and had a bit of an attitude when I asked where to find a gap factory store. However the Spanish floor girl was quite friendly helpful and accommodating with helping get my size and color of sweats. Some folks here need customer service training”

“True, service and hospitality. I visited this store in August to rent a suit for my brother to wear to my wedding. My brother is completely disabled and uses a large adult wheelchair. We brought him in to be measured and had the best experience with Edwin and Mike. They treated my brother with respect and dignity. Spoke to him when they needed to move him to take measurements instead of treating him like a piece of furniture. I could tell they were genuine because of how calm and comfortable my brother was. I would absolutely shop here again!”

There was this one girl there with red hair and glasses that was very nice to us and greeted us at the front door and help my daughter and I get the sizes that we wanted for our Christmas sweaters. Usually in other stores we never really get greeted so hearing someone greet us felt great! The sweaters in this place are always so lovely. I definitely need to come back here every year.”

I was fortunate enough to find Terrell W at this store. HE WAS A GODSEND!!! He checked my size, asked all the right questions about the type of look I was going for, made professional suggestions, and handled everything like a PRO! If you go to the store ask for him specifically, you will instantly see why. Once the tux came in I took it to Terrell and he even made suggestions about how to get it tailored so I can save money. Long story short I was a happy groom and my wife was an even happier bride seeing my Tux!I'll also add that the Tux got to me faster than any of the other stores suggested times that I shopped around with and it came in clean and crisp packaging. Excellent products, excellent service and even better people working there. 100000% recommend to anyone!”
