When I tell you I have never witnessed someone ask the sales rep “how do I turn my volume up” or someone actually go into a fit cause their bill is 50 cents higher, just props to the staff for keeping it professional and a big shoutout to one of the sales people I forgot his name but his facial expressions while being asked these incredibly ridiculous questions had me bursting out laughing. 10/10”

The store Manager Mariana was the most diligent multitasker I've seen. She was able to help me resolve my issues with the online team. Then she had the experts Jose and Marvin help my family and I open a new account. Marvin was the closer, he was knowledgeable and got us all set up. Though the store got busy while we were there, we never once felt rushed or ignored. Great job to T-Mobile at Cross County!!”
“On Friday I called Verizon wireless to transfer 1 number from 1 account to another the representative turned my phone off instead of. I was in tears bc not only did they shut my line off but 3 out of the 4 lines I use and none of my children were with me to get in contact with. A very patient and wonderful Verizon associate who is pretty new only been with the company 4 months called Verizon customer service on my behalf and over and hour later had my service restored I've had the number almost 25 years with Verizon. The whole team was empathetic and restored my faith in customer service Thank you .”
