“I bought a 55 inch Samsung S90F two days ago and picked up yesterday. The employee made sure the television's screen wasn't cracked and that it was working properly so I wouldn't have to bring it back. Service, as always, is an A+, something other stores struggle with. I love buying my appliances at PC Richard & Sons. A+”

“Our encounter with Cristina was excellent. She was well-versed in the items and allowed us the time to decide without feeling pressured. The delivery was on time, and financing was simple and quick. All in all, everything proceeded without a hitch, and we are quite pleased with the service.”

“Marcone is a great business! I diagnosed the problem with my dishwasher, but didn’t know the part numbers I needed. I called Marcone, told them the model number of the dishwasher, and they helped me find all the parts I needed. They had everything in stock in Albany, and had all the parts overnighted to me via FedEx. Everything showed up well packaged and went in flawlessly. By replacing all the parts myself, I saved $400 compared to paying the repairman. I couldn’t have done it without Marcone! I already recommended them to my family members.”
