“My husband and I have been coming to this location for years. We have replaced all of our appliances with the help of the wonderful staff that work here. Most notably, we recently had a great experience with Gary who sold us our new refrigerator. Our refrigerator died on us and he was so helpful in getting us what we need in such a short amount of time. He understood our situation and helped us out big time! So grateful for the staff that work here. All of them are so friendly and so helpful. We won't go anywhere else!”

“Not to be believed. I bought an appliance from Plessers 2 years ago, it came with a 10 year extended warranty. It covers "major components". I don't think much of an extended warranty, It always seems there's a loophole around what might be covered. I have a Whirlpool full sized ventless dryer 220v. Regardless of the problem lately, I HIGHLY recommend this dryer. It started shutting off and giving a fault code, which turned out to be a faulty drain pump. I never heard of Plessers before, and their extended warranty uses "New Leaf", which I also never heard of before until I just viewed the warranty. I contacted "New Leaf", they arranged the repair, they sent "Sears Appliance Repair", and the drain pump was covered. Maximum stars to Plessers and New Leaf. Woohoo!!”

“My Kohler faucet head broke so I called and spoke to Linda. She said that Kohler would replace the faucet head at no cost. She asked me to send her the photo of my faucet and that she would call Kohler so that she could find out the model number. She called back right away and furnished me with all the information I needed to move ahead with Kohler. My part is ordered and on its way.I will be shopping at this store in the future and will always refer family and friends as well. She took time out of her day to help me even though they would not make a penny on this outcome. Thanks again Linda!”

“I woke up to a warm 8 year old refrigerator that was constantly running and was I about to order a new one at a cost of $2000. I had the philosophy of replacing versus repairing thinking that the cost to repair wouldn’t be worth it. A friend gave me Good News Appliance’s phone number and I figured it couldn’t hurt to give them a call.Christine took my call and was very professional and took my basic information. Within 24 hours, Jeff (the owner of the company) was at my house and diagnosed the issue within minutes. The part was ordered and installed days later at a fraction of the cost to replace.Jeff was extremely professional and explained the issue and the repair. “Very happy with the effort the staff put in to find and order the part I was looking for. After GE was pretty much useless and implying I would need a much more expensive replacement option. I contacted Marcone and even though we could not find the correct part originally, the staff diligently researched for the correct part which cost much less than what I would have spend if I continued to work with GE. Will definitely work with the local supply store again if need be in the future.”

“I was in a critical, urgent situation with having to transfer from one homeless family shelter to another. I was in need of a rental vehicle & visited after much prayer. Thankful to Jesus who made the way and these associates that took care of my needs from my initial visit w/Yvette R. who reached out to ASM Eddie Ray with my request. Everything was setup according to my needs. Friday morning there was a slight issue but all was resolved within an hour prior to my arrival. Thank you to John & Diana in that department. Upon return lastly met & taken care of by Yvette M. Thanks to all of you helpful & pleasant associates. There wasn't any discriminating due to my status, race, sex, etc. Parking was readily avail. Rental van was spacious, paper provided to cover flooring. I would recommend this location. Thanks everyone. May God continue to Bless you all with a loving heart & your endeavors.”

Staff in store was extremely kind by staying a touch late (i rushed there after work before they closed), letting me pull the car close, and even helping me load the heavy wood panels. They are knowledgeable and even recommended i keep the receipt for excess supplies i didn't need which i could return. So i used only the materials necessary and then got my money back for the extras keeping me well under budget.”

“I had a pretty good experience at this Home Depot recently while looking for a grill for my Dad for Father's Day. I am not a grill person, I cook like crazy, but indoors, zero grill knowledge. I used google to do some research but ultimately went to Home Depots website and looked up highly rated grills blah blah blah. My Dad had an old Weber and I had been told by countless people that Webers were the best so I knew that's what I wanted to go with. Came in and went straight to customer service for some assistance and a guy walked me over to the grills and we took a quick look. He gave me his recommendation and was knowledgable enough about which grill I should get. I went with the Spirit, their cheapest Weber option because I was told it's still a fantastic grill and through all the research I had done, that was what I was gathering as well. They didn't have any in stock and I certainly wasn't going to take the floor model, yeah right. So the guy helped order one from a different store and set me up for free delivery. The process was smooth and easy, he was a great help. Now because I'm a pain in the butt and super indecisive, three days later I changed my mind and decided I wanted to go with the upgraded version, the big dog, the Genesis. I came into the store and making the switch was also, very very easy. This time another gentleman assisted me and told me they had the grills built in the back and that one of those would be the one sent to my house. I was for sure not taking his word for it because as I had seen at other Home Depots, they put the grills out for people to open, mess around with, try out before purchasing if you will and I again, did not want a floor model. I voiced my concern and the guy assured me the grill was set up and wrapped in plastic ready for purchase. He even took the time to bring me in the back and show me for myself, which I really really appreciated. The grill was wrapped up nicely with tape to hold the wrapping in place and once I made my purchase, he wheeled the grill into the back storage area for me so that there was no confusion about whose grill it was. The home delivery was free as they were running a special for free delivery if you buy a grill over, I'm not sure exactly, I think it was $300 or so. So I did that. Since the delivery was free they give you a very wide time frame. I was told the grill would come some time between 6 am and 8pm, something like that. So basically I didn't leave my house all day and this was surprise so I had to make sure I was home. The delivery guys came around 2:30 and wheeled the grill out to where we wanted it. When we eventually unwrapped it there were a few scratches on the front of the grill, I wasn't happy about it but my Dad didn't mind. Little bit of a bummer. Overall my experience at this Home Depot was good and I was definitely dealing with customer service directly for these transactions. One big problem though, getting through to someone on the phone is a nightmare. I tried to reach the customer service desk for, a very very long time with no luck. I called the garden department, no luck, doors and windows no luck, you name it, I called it and no one answered. Probably should do something about that.”
