“Note that this is not a public access point, and usually you cannot pick anything up from here. However, the package that was sent to me was quite literally an emergency and I needed it on the day it arrived. I missed the delivery by ten minutes, because it required a signature. I called the local UPS, who transferred me to corporate UPS, who took an hour to answer the phone. But eventually I got through to someone and after another 30 minutes of waiting, they were able to find a solution where I could show up to this warehouse and pick up my delivery.

The folks at the warehouse were incredibly friendly. It's a highly secured facility so I was stuck out like a sore thumb, but the first drive I encountered suggested where to go (they don't have like a customer service desk like at a normal UPS storefront). And then I met Kelly, who was so wonderful. She was also able to deal with three other issues while also helping me with mine - clearly a talented employee!

The driver who had tried to deliver my package pulled it off their truck and gave it to Kelly, and so it was a seamless process. And I'm so, so, so grateful for their efforts. I want to give this place 5 stars because they went over and above their job duties to help me, a stranger, out of an emergency situation - and they did it without even knowing the full scope of the emergency.

If Kelly, or any UPS bosses see this review, please understand that on Halloween night, 2025, your employees went the extra mile to help a stranger, and they very well may have saved my life as a result.”

“I was dreading the experience of having to ship a 75 lb mixing motor from Rochester to Florida, especially since i had not done anything like this before. I found that the price at UPS was competitive with other shippers and the staff at this Henrietta store handled the process (including packaging) with ease and professionally. Interestingly, the staff seem to be eager and happy to have such an unusual object. The mixing motor arrived at its intended destination in excellent condition , and well packed (as commented on by the purchaser. I will definitely use this UPS store when I have any future shipping needs. I heartly recommend their professionalism and competence.”

“I went to this location on 11/28/25 at 1:45pm. One young man was dealing with two lines and handling phone calls, all with a smile on his face. His manager had to step out to get supplies from a different location and he handled the rush alone so well! I did not get his name, but I hope a manager sees this, checks the schedule, and gives this young man the praise and recognition he deserves. Excellent customer service!”

“I came in today needing to hand in government paperwork to fax in the dark skin woman was so amazingly great friendly had full personality which represents Park Ave beyond that the woman she was training was thrilled to learn because she had a great manager to train her and show her how to learn I haven't been here in a while in a lot of changed for the best plus the hand in paperwork that's embarrassing and you're treated very kindly”

“I ship documents here pretty often. There was a decent line this AM and Jeremy was working alone, on the phone with a customer who seemed upset. He was doing a great job of keeping calm and trying to deescalate the phone conversation, while a line of mostly impatient people stood there sighing and rolling their eyes. When he was able to get back to serving the folks in store, he continued his calm, professional demeanor, even as more and more people continued to stream in. I appreciated his temperament and professionalism, and I hope whoever handles staffing for this location does right by their employees and gets enough hands on deck to serve the volume of customers.”
