“I go there for my blood tests and the people in that office are really nice and friendly period they take care of you as soon as they can which is never very long. As far as the facility goes in the winter time they keep the parking lot and walkways cleared and I have no fear of falling on snow or ice. I would recommend this to anyone in the area.”

“The Senior Phlebotomist Florry was excellent and extremely patient with me. I needed 3 large vials and hadn’t had much to drink when I got due to the fact I had 2 very important appointments that lasted four hours. After all was said and done I only needed 2 spot bandaids on the same arm. I would love for her to be there next time I go.”

“I had the pleasure of being treated by Dr. Linh-An C. Tuong at the Hagen Drive office a few months ago. I had only a two minute wait time before I was shown in and given the allergy tests. Dr. Tuong then spent a good amount of time with me, explaining things and asking questions. Since she switched up my protocol to a new inhaler and nose spray, I have been feeling great. Dr. Tuong and the amazing staff that I encountered on that first visit made my visit very very pleasant and I left with a smile on my face. I have trouble walking long distances, and the front desk staff very kindly offered to find me a wheel chair and took me all the way to my car.”

“I had to take my 3 year old for bloodwork and this was the closest to our other errands. The staff was AMAZING with him. They were patient and so kind to him. It was his first time getting bloodwork and he did so well because of them. Would absolutely come here again if needed. Thank you!!”
“This is the best lab to go to. The Perinton lab on Pittsford Victor Rd is normally ok but their front check in staff has been consistently rude. I had a lab to drop off and tried to just drop off my specimen and they were going to make me wait in the waiting room with about 10 people in front of me ...was ridiculous! This lab just looked me up logged the sample and I was out of there in 4 minutes. URMC labs can you please do checks on your staff and make sure they are trained properly!”

“Finding the place was painful; don't trust Google Maps. It's actually at 10 Hagen drive on the first floor next to the elevator, with no signage in the building to indicate any ACM Labs location. However, once I found it, check in was easy and the blood draw was quick and painless.”
“This is a new Building. It is open from 7:30am to 4:30pm. I came in for the first time and say a receptionist. She didnt seem friendly when she was helping a elderly person. This building also has self check ins for a few things that they have here. I asked the young lady where was the laboratory located and not even a good morning I got from her. I came in to the lab office and now its self check in also. Nurse was new but she did an awesome job. And I got everything done quickly.”
“Arrived at 10am on a Monday and am leaving now at 10:20am. Check in was simple and a phlebotomist came out not even 5 minutes after I put my name in.She did a great job also, no trouble finding a vein where others have had a hard time ??”

The actual blood draw is **always** quick and efficient -- and they're friendly no matter how many people are in the waiting room or how close it is to closing for lunch. I very much appreciate everyone who works at this location and I will come back to this location every time I need blood drawn.”

“Despite requesting the lab req from my doctor's office a few weeks prior, and calling the morning of to confirm, the office kept me waiting 3 hours at the lab! the staff at the lab were understanding and accommodating for me, very friendly. even tried to call the doc office to expedite the fax! once the req came in, they swiftly took blood. very glad of all the places to be stuck waiting, it was there!”
