“I noticed this company has been getting pretty well hammered with bad reviews so I felt necessary to share my experience and say that they have not been all that bad with me.
I resumed service on a new house, they came and checked lines, one line had a leak, The service man on hand repaired it (thank you). They came back again and swapped old tanks with new and automatically scheduled a fill service for them.
I have spoken on the phone with their customer service reps a few times now and each time they have been very pleasant and easy to talk to. The wait time is usually a few minutes to connect with someone but that is really not an issue.
If something changes I will revise my review but they have done a nice job overall for me. Dont be scared of the reviews altogether like i was when i first saw them!”

“This U-Haul has been my go too for the last 3 moves including my recent one to Nashville TN from Rochester. The crew there is always very friendly and welcoming. Super helpful and knowledgeable about what they do. Philip helped me with my truck rental today and had amazing customer service. Always been a breeze to work with this branch of U-Haul!”
