“We love our Family Dollar. They always have the best prices around, plenty of well stocked products and a great selection of all kinds of products. Their brands of items are perfectly great and affordable. The staff are consistently courteous, professional, cheerful, and fun to chat with. We love the seasonal items. You want to take home one of everything! You can find some amazing gifts there also. There is something for everyone. We never buy greeting cards anywhere else. You can't beat the prices or selection. FD it's simply the Best!”

“This was the 1st time visiting this store since I moved to Rochester
I was definitely impressed with the dog accessories and treat aisle. They also had a great selection of candles. This store reminds me of a homegoods but alot cleaner”
“This is the best JC Penney in Rochester, they're always well-stocked with great quality stuff and tons of choices. Easy parking right next to the store. Nice lighting inside the store (unless you're in the petite section, wish the lighting was better there). They still have the cashiers throughout the store as opposed to all at one counter at Eastview, and I like this setup better.”
“I was surprised to see some departments crowded and difficult to maneuver. While I found some items I was shopping for, it was concerning that I was sent to 3 different computers to check out because they were not working. The staff was great, but you could see their frustration with the eqiluipment failures.”

“Good selection and reasonable prices. Oftentimes, Marshalls has had what I wanted at a fair price.. If not, I just went to another location. However, I must deduct a star because of the poor organization of merchandise. I have always had to hunt for what I got.”
“I needed dog treats and stopped by because it was easier than going to other stores. I found the treats at a very reasonable price. I also found some very inexpensive Christmas lights. The store was clean and well organized. Staff was helpful and friendly.”

“When you're in need, this Target is there for you indeed. They are always well stocked with frozen waffles so you never need to be stressed out walking in there thinking "will they have frozen waffles". Some Targets might only have a few frozen waffle options to choose from, but this location sets the bar high as there are such a vast variety stocked on the shelves. If I'm having friends or family over, then I'm certainly going to this Target first to stock up on 2 to 3 different kinds of frozen waffles. Some people like to make their frozen waffles in the microwave, but honestly I prefer utilizing a toaster oven because I think you get a better overall outcome. Thank you Target for being there for me.”
“It's Target, what's not to love!? Only downfall is that the parking lot is heavily potholed; I had to slow down to almost a crawl to minimize damage from hitting them.”
“The photographer, Tori, was absolutely fabulous. We had a 3 generations photoshoot with my mother, my son and I. All the photos came out great. I would definitely recommend Tori and JCPENNEY portraits for all your photo shoots!”
“I came here because I needed a black belt. There were two cashiers, which seems like the right amount of cashiers for a Tuesday. I was next in line but one cashier had to leave and get something for the people she was helping and the other kept checking out people who weren't in the line. The line seemed pretty well marked, unless there was some VIP line I didn't know about, which could be the case. Anyway, I got to check out after a short wait. I was asked if I wanted to round up for JC Penny cares, which I don't know what this is but it sounds like a clever ploy for the company to pay less taxes. I said No Thank you, but she rounded up my price anyway. I was too uncomfortable to say anything so I paid the extra 81 cents. Anyway they have a good belt collection so 5 stars.”

“American abundance can be found here. However, this store requires an upgrade, and the tiles near the meat section require replacement. The trolleys are a bit of a mess.”
