“Came in with a broken ac. They inspected the car, identified a leak in the hose, were able to order the hose and have it fixed within a few days. Ralph was honest, fair and thorough. He showed me pics of the work which ended up being considerable - removing and replacing the bumper. Still, he kept the price the same as he had quoted and was honest about the whole thing. And ac works great! Will definitely be back and highly recommend this place for efficient, honest and knowledgeable repairs.”

“I'd been looking for a local shop to take my car for a while, but with the sheer number it was difficult to decide until I came across Salerno. Everyone there is so friendly and helpful, which makes a huge difference for me. I also did not feel like they assumed I know nothing about cars (which is often the case as a woman until I start talking about what I DO know). They were very quick to look at what was needed, gather the parts, and the next day get the car done same-day. I find the prices to be very reasonable, especially compared to what the dealer quoted me for the same exact repair. Salerno was also way more thorough than the dealer on looking at what I pinpointed as concerns, and fixed exactly what I suspected was the issue. I'll note that I pointed out the same exact issue to the dealer, and it was absolutely overlooked. Definitely will be taking my car to Salerno for all future repairs!
Edit to add: When I first came in, I had my dog with me, and everyone loved him - he even got his weight in treats from the guys!”
“Brought in my '99 E36 M3 with a low-voltage electrical issue and a possible air leak, and the team at Motorcepts nailed it. They did a thorough inspection and found a leak in the brake booster along with corrosion on the 12V positive line, issues that could've easily been missed. Turnaround was quick and the pricing was very fair for the level of diagnostic work involved. Got everything fixed and my E36 is running properly again. “Dropped Car Off On Sept 23 2026 8:30 AM. Daniel the manager was great. I requested to get every fluids, oils changed as well as all belts and belt tensioner needed replacing as well. Daniel kept me posted. I told him i needed to by Friday 3 PM if car was going to be ready so I can coordinate with my boss and leave work a bit early. Well as promised Daniel called me at 2:58 PM and told me car was ready and running Excellent and smooth as butter.
I already referred one of my neighbors because since his dealer warranty is expiring on his GMC. He will be using them as well eventually. Guys are great and most importantly HONEST which is definitely very hard to find in the Auto Repair Industry.”

“If you have a convertible top problem, especially on a special car, I cannot recommend McCoy’s Upholstery highly enough.
I brought them my 2009 Bentley Azure after the rear glass separated from the convertible top. This car means the world to me, so I was nervous about making the right decision. From the beginning, Christina and the team at McCoy’s were honest, kind, patient, and incredibly professional.
They explained that the proper long-term solution was to replace the top, and I’m so grateful I trusted them. The finished result is absolutely beautiful. The top looks perfect — truly perfect. You would never know it wasn’t made in a factory in England. The fit, the finish, the details, everything looks exactly as it should.
Christina was wonderful throughout the entire process. She called me with updates before I ever had to call her, kept every promise, and made me feel like my car was in the best possible hands.
This was a major repair, but it was worth every penny. The feeling of seeing the car fixed correctly and looking this good is hard to describe.
