“Omg. What an amazing experience I had while trying to find the right storage space for my belongings. The facility manager Viv was patient, kind, and really went through all of the options with me. I was able to find a good size for my belongings . The customer service was great and i will recommend.”

“The people who work at thus location are very nice & courteous. Everything went quick with the rental & spacious parking lot. Had a issue with the mileage I had to pay for renting in Inwood, instead of Brooklyn, because of availability but it's not thr locations fault. U haul representative from the customers service department was rude & did not want to help at all.”
