“This was the 1st time visiting this store since I moved to Rochester
I was definitely impressed with the dog accessories and treat aisle. They also had a great selection of candles. This store reminds me of a homegoods but alot cleaner”
“I came across this store while searching for somewhere to purchase mala beads. I was very impressed by the store set up, cleanliness, friendly staff and selection of items. My favourites were the windchimes, sound bowls, meditation cushions and of course, the mala beads. Super happy with my purchase! I will be returning and recommending this store!”

I'll always take a star for their parking lot though.

“I had to buy bathing suits for my daughter for gym class. I asked an employee who was on the floor if they had bathing suits she said no. But I did find two bathing suits and they were the right size for my daughter. They were also a really good price. In this store you have to really look hard for specific things but it is well organized. Also their pricing is very fair and in this economy it's nice to be able to buy for my children at the discounts they have. The cashiers were very friendly and organized. I only gave four stars because the employee I asked about bathing suits did not know that they were in stock.”
“This is the best JC Penney in Rochester, they're always well-stocked with great quality stuff and tons of choices. Easy parking right next to the store. Nice lighting inside the store (unless you're in the petite section, wish the lighting was better there). They still have the cashiers throughout the store as opposed to all at one counter at Eastview, and I like this setup better.”
“Clean and organized store overall.. however the tech area does seem sparse..I came in looking for a iPhone charger that I can charge in my truck and I had a worker.. (tall female with glasses.. didn’t catch the name) that was very polite and nice! She knew exactly what I needed and was very informative and helpful. I ended up finding what I needed.”

“Just had amazing customer service at Homesense. The cashier was very nice....but even better, as I was leaving the store, I realized I had lost my keys. A young man employee went all around the store with me helping to look for them. Thankfully, someone turned them in! The young man was very helpful, even after my keys were found. He helped me to take my purchases to my car. I'm thankful for everyone's kindness.”

“Well, I had a great experience here yesterday. I loved it. It was like shopping at the mall in the 1980's. Granted, I was there at 12noon on a Tuesday, but it was Dec 3rd. There were people around, but it was relaxing! I thought merchandise selection was really great! I went for a light winter coat and had a lot to choose from - found a perfect one by Docker's. Price was nice at $84, lines were fine, people were nice. I initially explored buying a coat on-line, as I do for many things. But, prices seemed high, like coats at L.L. Bean were running about $160 on sale, and not being able to try on a coat, I know, is a daunting proposition. I thought about Macy's (usually quite expensive), I thought about Target (not a great selection often), I thought about Walmart (quality and style always a question). Finally I decided on my old friend JCPenney. One store, and it was perfect. I also bought a bunch of new Gold Toe socks. And the store was in great shape! Well done to the manager, and staff, or owners - whomever is responsible. It was neat - the way things used to be - and the way it should be. It really changes the shopping experience.”

“I was shopping at this store today and left my purse on a bench in the shoe section. I called the store hoping someone could help me find it. A young lady (I'm sorry I didn't catch her name) answered the phone and found my purse and kept it for me until I returned to the store. I am so grateful to this lady and so glad that this Marshalls has such a responsible and helpful employee. Thank you!”

“Good selection and reasonable prices. Oftentimes, Marshalls has had what I wanted at a fair price.. If not, I just went to another location. However, I must deduct a star because of the poor organization of merchandise. I have always had to hunt for what I got.”
“Target is the " In Place," to stop and shop, for they have the service and products and special deals and new merchandise not some of the time, but all of the time.
My youngest three granddaughters, Madison (14), Alexandra (10), and Jessica (8), love to shop at Targets. And, my 3 papa's Angels, love shopping at Targets more, if it;s with me.
3-18-24 visited Target in Irondequoit and took my friend Frank for first time.
Frank needed a electric razor and beard trimmer.”
“I needed dog treats and stopped by because it was easier than going to other stores. I found the treats at a very reasonable price. I also found some very inexpensive Christmas lights. The store was clean and well organized. Staff was helpful and friendly.”
“This Target location seems to have gotten a bad rap - especially by my own mother. My husband, daughter and I were in the area visiting my mother recently and stuck at the worst Holiday Inn on earth right next door, we popped in to grab some items we needed. I found this Target was just fine - a typical Target store and typical staff. I honestly have no complaints about this location at all.”

“Here’s the thing with Burlington. It is a hit or miss and you have to really search for the things that you want. I will go in the beginning of the week because there’s less people there but if you wait until the weekend of course like it’s a rush and you’ll probably miss out on the things that you want. but they have a great variety of household items, clothing, soap, anything you could think of you just have to take your time and look and be patient and like I said, go in the beginning of the week Monday Tuesday Wednesday maybe even Sunday”

“The only reason I’m giving a 5 star it’s because AT&T guy Wael was incredible. He helped us with all brand new phones and bared with us a lot. We are not techie people so we needed his help. And he did not let us down. We got new service and we switched from Verizon. We have a cheaper bill now and faster service as well as all new phones. 10/10 he is the best!!”
