“CSP Management is the caretaker of my HOA in the Deer Run Community. I can't express how wonderful it is to work with all of the staff. The response to work orders is quick and efficient, and the expertise of the craftsmen is amazing. They have built new steps in front of my home, completely sanded and repainted my front porch. Over the weekend my closet shelf collapsed. I put in a work order, received a call back within hours, and voila, Butch rebuilt the shelf and it is stronger than ever. “Very good apartment, I think the price is a great value for the location. Awesome design for a two bedroom (except for having two doors to the same bedroom lol). I wish the buzzer system worked to let guests in without having to go all the way to the back door or downstairs, but I overall have had a great experience.The main thing I would complain about would be that they don't have guaranteed parking passes to the parking garage connected to the building. I had to park my car in a garage down the street for the first 5 months of my lease because the city ran out of passes, even though there were multiple floors with mostly empty spaces. I wish they would make a deal to reserve a certain number of spots for residents like the Marriott does.The only other thing that can be a pain is non-urgent maintenance. It generally takes 2-3 maintenance requests to get something fixed/replaced when it is not an emergency.”
“I rented units for two summers in 2023 and in 2024 from University Storage. Both times units were clean and dry. No issues of any kind. I have dealt with Dennis and I must say that he is very professional in all aspects. Security deposit was returned almost immediately.”

“Zach from Finger Lakes Wrecker was the best case scenario that could have happened for me in my time of need. I called him for a tow, but he was such a good mechanic that immediately when I described my problem to him he immediately knew what I needed, and what to do. My car would not shift into any other gear except neutral, wouldn’t park, and wouldn’t start. When we were done, he drove it himself to the place that could hook me up with the repair and part I needed. This was all done after he called every auto parts store in Ithaca for a customer he just met. We need more good people in this world and people like Zach let me know that we do have some.
