About Budget Car Rental
Budget Car Rental at the John F. Kennedy International Airport offers a convenient and diverse selection of rental vehicles to match any traveler's needs. Customers can choose from SUVs, luxury cars, passenger vans, and economy vehicles for both short-term and long-term rentals, as well as one-way options. The reservation process is efficient, and the Fastbreak service facilitates a smooth pick-up experience. The staff is generally described as courteous and helpful, efficiently handling the high volume of customers, though some reviewers noted long wait times during busy periods. One reviewer had a positive experience with a "very kind girl" who assisted them with the check-in process. However, another reviewer encountered issues with the fuel policy, initially being misinformed but later getting the charge adjusted after following up. While the majority of the reviews were positive, one customer was disappointed by the limited availability of restroom facilities and the unsanitary condition of the one that was open. Overall, Budget Car Rental provides a reasonable rental experience, with the staff's professionalism and the convenience of the rental options balancing out the occasional logistical challenges.
