They are very knowledgeable on plans and phones and offered me options. I also witnessed them all being kind to difficult customers, with a smile . I went into the store and Esteban was quick to help me get connected to WiFi on my laptop and track my phone down. “James hooked me up. 5 stars! Like an idiot, i accidentally dropped an allen key wrench set on my phone screen. Screen wouldnt turn on. Found this place nearby around 3pm. Had my phone back by 7pm. I was lucky the parts they needed were available. I'm sure it normally isn't that quick, but James hooked me up. Phone like brand new.”

“First and foremost I would like to thank you to employee at this MetroPCS store. Very good representation for the company. He went above and beyond my expectations to help me. Yesterday The store closes at 8:00 p.m. I walked in at 7:58 because somebody stole my phone and they were able to break into my phone and access all my personal information and they were able to get PIN numbers and Verification codes for my bank and there was nothing I was able to do about it because in order to do something I need to get a verification sent to that phone. But to make a long story short, the employee of that store stay until 8:45 p.m. and make sure we were able to cut off the access that the person was having on my phone. It was kind of difficult to suspend a line without the phone or any other info but he made three attempts, and we still probably would not be able to get in if it was not for the knowledge that he has and his brains that he utilized and was able to bypass everything that the person did to block me out of my phone and he helped me. And I wish I had money on me to tip him but I didn't but tomorrow I'm going to go back to buy him dinner because he probably saved my paycheck this week so thank you sir I appreciate you.
