“Amazing experience at this store today because of Billy! Extremely courteous and helpful. Went to the back and grabbed a toolbox for me and looked for a long time for another tool that they unfortunately did not have in stock. These days you walk into many stores and can't find anyone to help you but this store is very different it's two thumbs up. Billy worked at a different location previously and was always extremely helpful anytime I've visited the store. “My father is a disabled Vietnam Veteran and uses a walker to help him get around. A screw fell out and it was unstable and unsafe for him to use. I took the walker to the hardware store to see if they would be able to help me replace the screw. I was greeted with a happy hello and asked what I needed help with. A lovely employee named Christina took the walker placed it on the counter and installed the screw for me herself for me. I was so grateful that she was able to help us with this situation. We shop here for all our home improvement needs and recommend this store to anyone who wants a friendly…helpful …attentive staff who goes out of their way to make sure you leave with what was needed”

“I went in on Thursday 9/11/25 . would like to thank the young gentleman that helped me remake an A/C hose for my 1984 318 i BMW . I have to apologize. I asked him his name at least 3 times . Can’t remember his name . He professionally and courteously helped me rebuild a 40 yr old plus a/c hose . The challenge wasn’t the rebuild . The challenge was your staff member trying to decipher my lack of knowledge. He spent an inordinate amount of time with me to figure out what I needed and manufactured a custom hose for my 1984 318i BMW . Great job ! Great professional courteous service. Also , they made it for me while I waited !!”

“Went in to get to get a toilet but hubby hadn't used is card for over a year so it was expired. Self check out only but Susan was so helpful she walked us through step-by-step through the sign in online process. She was very patient for my hubby had a older model phone. I have an iPhone 13. Should have done it with my iPhone to start with. Lol. Karla was also near by but Even though she was making sure and helping other customers with try check out she also was very pleasant. Will def go back again and again and again. Customer service was an A+.”
