9 Northway Ln N, LathamBoarded here a four times over two years for work travel. Last time I dropped my pups off was around 8 months ago. Employees immediately remembered them. This last time I ordered a bath for one of my pups who (first time no one knew) didn't like the dryer, and stressed chewed through their collar. When I picked them up they immediately went above and beyond and offered to comp the cost of the collar. Offering to refund cost for damage my dog did on their own collar while doing a service I asked for, Blew my mind. This place is crazy awesome. Excluding this one event there have been others that have proven to me they really care. Forget five stars. 10/5

The team at House of dogs is professional, knowledgeable and very friendly.
We’ve only had our dog groomed at House of Dogs, and we will not use another groomer!

One of my cats is very nervous and Dr. K is always so patient and really takes her time to make sure Poochie is as comfortable as she can be at a vet office. :) The techs and assistants are also very compassionate and kind. I'm so grateful that I found them many years ago.
