He even offered to call and explain that I didn't need it but help me understand it a bit better. Decided I would hold off and see if the phone I ordered works first. “I was very pleased with the service I received at the Lockport Spectrum store -- especially from Starr. She held two iPhone 17 Pro Max phones so we could come get them from out of town about 45 minutes away. She also stayed past her regular working hours to ensure they were properly set up and functioning. She was helpful and friendly. When she left, her colleague Alex (I think) was also very helpful. I would recommend this location.”
