“Brandon who works here is the absolute best! I went in after dropping my phone in the lake, he tried to help fix it and spent a lot of time trying to get my old phone to pull up info for the transfer to the new one. He dealt with all my insane questions and even stayed late after the store was supposed to close on a holiday to get my services going. He did not rush and even helped me set up certain options on the new phone, that I asked for help with.”
“I went into the store with my grandmother to get a replacement phone for her and all of the staff were very helpful and polite. The store has great service I give them a five-star rating. I'm personally long-term Verizon wireless customer support but I have to say that T-Mobile is right up there with Verizon from what I can see so far from this particular location I like the way that they treated my grandmother and I have absolutely positively no complaints at all like I said I give this story of five star rating.
On another note while we were in the store waiting there was a couple of customers that came in that were being loud and obnoxious and the staff were very professional and still treated those people very politely and professionally. They handle themselves very well so although I'm how long time Verizon wireless customer for the last 20 years at least I still would recommend this store for the service provided to the T-Mobile network and for the store staff and the way that they conduct themselves.”
“Just reached out thinking I needed a VOIP adapter, was connected to the chat and then redirected to Tom. Tom went out of his way to make sure I was looking for the right adapter. He even offered to call and explain that I didn't need it but help me understand it a bit better. Decided I would hold off and see if the phone I ordered works first. Buffalo, NY 14225, listen when I tell you this woman helped me and was so patient with us, 3 hours later I was able to to transfer phone company, get my son a new phone and pay less than $100. Listen I came out from a 8 hour shift to pick up my son and head to the phone company, WE APPRECIATE YOU COURTNEY!”

“Signed in, we were next. 10 minute wait. Greeted and assisted by friendly salesperson. Got our cable receiver and a few basic installation instructions.Was told who to call if we had any issues. In and out visit, but not rushed and our concerns were addressed. Overall a good experience. However it was hot and muggy in store, maybe check the air conditioner”

“I came in because of issues with my phone and kendra and val helped me fix the issue with my phone and told me about the iPad promos they had going, those two ladies were an absolute joy to sit and chat with while they fixed my issue, this location will be my go to now just off their service, attitude and beautiful smiles on those two ladies faces, could have sat there for hours and talked but they needed to assist the people coming in. It was a very pleasant experience. The store was clean and spacious, the wait time was short, and all the employees were friendly and helpful.”

“We have been with ColoCrossing for 8 years now and have nothing but good things to say about their service. As far as I can recall, we have never had any downtime during these 8 years. Support is incredibly fast, they usually respond in just a few minutes after submitting a request. All their staff are well trained and take care of any task we throw at them. I can't really find anything negative to say about them. I just hope this level of service continues for our future with them.I am not sure why they have any negative reviews as they take spam seriously. They have their own in house mail volume tracking which null routes IP's that have a high volume of mail. They also work closely with Spamhaus to keep spammers off their network. I can only think the negative reviews here are fake or from people with baseless information.”
“We had unbelievable customer service today. We went with issue with our phone plan and we ended up.staying with Verizon. Jen McCormick was awesome and very understanding towards our concerns. We have been with Verizon for over 24 years we really wanted to stay and Jen helped us get our plan down and still feel happy to stay with Verizon!!! Verizon very lucky to have her with such outstanding Customers Service!!! ( very rare now day's!!!”
