“Visiting Long Beach for a small family reunion and was delighted to find Glatt Mart Kosher which was wonderfully stocked with a great selection for ready-prepared take-out on Friday for Shabbat. Everything was excellent from different varieties of chicken, to potato salad, to kasha and varnishkes. Highly recommend!”

“The store is always scrupulously clean and is well stocked. Prices are reasonable and the staff is smiling, friendly and welcoming. It makes you want to do business there. The big negative there can be parking especially in the middle of the day when the library is open. Need to park and cross the busy street. Difficult”

“The lemon chicken and the spanish style fried rice is just yummy. The chicken is so juicy and tender the lemon sauce is out of this world and the rice has chunks of chicken peas carrots just the right amount of flavor. Wednesdays and Thursdays are the best days to catch it.”

“Pretty solid grocery store, also your only option in the East end of town or on your way to the beach. It's clean, a little small, they have everything you need, a little expensive but what isn't. They have a little selection of hot food/soup/sandwiches. Its not my first pick but if I'm passing by and need something I will come and I'm satisfied for the most part.”

“This is a good local convenience store just steps away from the the LIRR train station and Long Beach Public Library (right next door). The store is generally clean and sparsely stocked with just enough items to provide for basic needs as well as a few odds and ends (ex: a LARGE selection of ramen noodle flavors, odd magazines/newspapers, hot coffee, and some toiletry and grocery items). The service is very quick and somewhat friendly. Overall, your average convenience store.”

“Neighborhood fruit and vegetable market that sells really fresh produce. Custom made fruit bowls in multiple sizes that are superior to what you will find in supermarkets or many other fruit stores. They also carry fresh flowers and offer them at reasonable prices. The vegetables, while priced a bit higher than local markets, are well worth it. Better to buy a few pounds of vegetables that you can fully consume rather than pay less elsewhere and wind up throwing some out.”

“Best egg sandwich in the world and I've eaten egg sandwiches all over the world. Make sure you get butter on the sandwich to really kick into the right gear. Their homefries are awesome too.”

“I love this store do you have to search for deals but you can find them. The people in New Deli. Are great. They are very accommodating if they can be. The security guard by the front register at night time is a little annoying. He’s a big guy older he sits on his phone texting or playing a game and then he looks up and frowns at people. Just a zero customer service. But overall I recommend this store”
