“10000/10 absolutely OUTSTANDING service here!!!! They genuinely want the best for you and your car. First of all, when I first called, Deycy was so bright and welcoming over the phone and told me I could come in whenever I wanted to get an estimate.
When I first arrived to get an estimate on the hit-and-run collision to my front bumper, Fred was so kind and patient in explaining what exactly needed to be replaced, what the cost might be, and why. He then helped me to go through my insurance to get the best possible price, and filed the claim for me. I was already a happy customer and told my roommate about them!
After dropping off my beat up 2016 Prius, I returned a week or so later to an unrecognizably SPARKLING car! I have legitimately never seen her this pristine, inside and out. They fixed far more than I had asked - I came in for the front wheel cover because it was an urgent matter. Despite that gaping hole in my rear bumper, I was planning to fix that later as I didn't think it could be covered as the same collision (it had happened months prior and I was told by Toyota it would be nearly $2k to fix). I returned to Blue Star to find every single ding, scuff, and dent taken care of. I was like a kid on Christmas morning!!! They even replaced my rear bulbs because they noticed one wasn't working (which I was unaware of, so I'm glad they noticed!). They CLEANED her too, inside and out!! The crew did a spectacular job with a high level of craftsmanship. I was a bit nervous to drive her because she was so perfect haha. To top it all of, I wasn't charged for any of it. I could've cried lol but I was just frozen in disbelief! It is such a breath of fresh air to experience customer service where they genuinely care about you. Thank you Fred, Deyly, and crew, for the most incredible auto center experience (and potentially any customer service experience??) I have ever had! <3 -Sierra

“I had an outstanding experience with the team, especially Chris. I needed a part that I was sure would be difficult to find, and I thought I'd end up paying expensive OEM dealer prices. We initially compared the OEM part to the computer, and it didn't match, so I thanked him and started to leave.
To my surprise, Chris came out after me and asked if he could have a few more minutes to see if he could track it down. I mentioned that my vehicle uses two different versions of the part, and he got right to work. A few minutes later, he showed me a picture of the exact part I needed! He told me it would arrive in about an hour and even offered local delivery if I needed it—even though it was just a brake caliper bolt.
I came back later that day, picked it up, and it fit perfectly.
