“Thank you Dominic! PPF and Gotham City Collision is a great detailer and ppf wrapper for ALL YOU TESLA OWNERS in the Tri-State area. I brought my model X in for a full film wrap and couldn't be happier with the results. Dominic was patient with me, answered all my questions before the work started, did a great review of the x before taking it in (pointing out all the manufacturer issues) and gave me an honest and fair market price for the job (even being so close to the city). While other detailers estimated a day or two for a full wrap, Dominic put it at a minimum of 4 days so the job could be done right and he was spot on. The vehicle paint and finish doesn't come perfect from the manufacturer so Dominic got it up to snuff. Its not just a drive in, get a wrap and drive out. Its more of a drive in, Dominic treats your car better than you would, does a patient and professional job and you drive out looking even better then you could imagine. Insurance won't cover the rock chips, bird droppings and other routine wear and tear of the roads so you get paint protection film. However, you don't get film, you get a reliable and certified professional installer to put the film on and that's what Dom and his crew are. Reliable, responsible, honest, careful, caring, passionate, friendly and informative was my experience.”

Over several days Michael and I talked frequently and determined what steps needed to be taken. “Best Tesla customer service experience I’ve had in 2 years or ownership. I went in to change out my tire as it was flat. Tracy (sp) was absolutely fantastic. Even though she was with a customer, she acknowledged my presence and said she would be right with me. She was able to have my car worked on right away even though I was an hour early. (Very nervous the tire might go down again after inflating so we headed straight there right after landing from London)She understood what I needed done (keep the old tire and use my own new tire as we have 2 backups). The car was ready in 20 minutes and when I voiced concerns I had in the past with other service centers she personally went to check the car for me and all was well. Every Tesla location should have a Tracy!”

“The head mechanic is very talented. I had rotors and break pads replaced, he also fixed the alignment and a few other minor things. The car hasn’t driven this well in years. I’m not sure what he did differently from others, but my car feels like new and it’s a 2017. He also was lovely to deal with. Quick turnaround and prices are fair. “Great FULL SERVICE gas station! It's rare in New York to find a gas station with an attendant to pump your gas. Which just comes in handy sometimes. Just don't forget to tip them, especially in inclement weather.”

“I got a flat tire at 4:30am on the on ramp to the BQE at McGuiness Blvd. I had a brand new tire on my car that went totally bust due to a tear in the sidewall. Waiting for roadside assistance was out of the question for me since I did not want to wait hours.I went to a gas station and got a can of fix a flat and started calling local tire shops that were open in the area. Most tire shops turned me away due to not having my tire size in stock. I called Hybrid Auto and they told me they have a tire in the next size up, I made the determination that this would work.Abdou was a professional every step of the way. He removed my tire and mounted the new tire. I paid $145 for the tire and mounting, which I thought was a very fair price.This is a great shop to go to in your time of need.”
