“I want to say many thanks to the owner, Emanuel and his personnel. They were amazing at assisting me because I had forgotten my diabetic shots as I came for a visit in NYC. They went out of their way to try to work it out with my insurance which did not budge on a new temp prescription so then they contacted a private lab and worked out a very nice deal for me to replace my medication and for me to not miss out on it! Love these people, just go to them and share your medication concerns and they will go to the ends of the earth for you!”
“The pharmacy at Echo Drugs is so kind and helpful! I've been going to pick up prescriptions here for years (when it was previously Rite-Aid) and am shocked at how great they've transitioned with amazing customer service. They're attentive, nice, and always prompt. Shoutout to Donna Eng, R.Ph who always helped me out and went out of her way to help us with our recent order whereas I called the hospital twice and they did not respond but when Donna stepped in and called they were able to provide the prescription right away!”

I came from a pharmacy on a Steinway that always had long lines, and did not give a flying damn about their patients always out of stock. This pharmacy actually cares about their patients lets you know when prescriptions will be ready, and free delivery! WHAT?! This pharmacy deserves 10 stars, thank you for caring about my health and i come from mental health issues from diabetes to Graves’ disease and it makes me glad that they actually care for a pharmacy thank you.”

“Since I arrived here, they have been understanding and very professional. Sometimes the wait time is long, but they treat you very well. Even my teeth have improved thanks to their dental department. I am very happy. They also use an app where you can enter your problem and they will automatically and interactively send and schedule an appointment with your doctor.”

“The pharmacy staff are always really nice and helpful, as are the people who deliver my meds.I wouldn't recommend trying to reach them via phone on Monday around 9am, any day during lunch hours or 4-5pm, and all day Friday, or you may experience long wait times on hold. Spent two hours on hold on a Friday over the course of five phone calls, all at very different times of day, ultimately spoke to no one. Had to call back on Monday. Boo.”

“This pharmacy is not that bad. I fear it suffers from frustration bias - meaning all the frustrated people complain and give bad ratings. I believe they are short staffed and overworked. Overall, it is fine. Yes, you have to go in twice to get a prescription filled - once after your doctor has sent the prescription over and ask if your prescription is ready, and then a second time in 15 or so minutes after they have prioritized your prescription. I haven’t been there for a flu shot in a while so I won’t comment on that. There are plenty of moderately satisfied pharmacy customers who use this pharmacy.”
