“I'm not a big fan of Verizon, but the Port Chester, NY location delivered top-shelf customer service from Styles. He came through again and again, with positive results for each of my concerns. He answered my questions in a no-nonsense way. He provided a clear understanding of what to expect from the data transfer and how long everything would take. Excellent visit thanks to a superstar. I wish every Verizon store offered this level of expertise, efficiency and friendliness. A+”
“Never understood why the process of getting a phone was never streamlined. Almost like buying a car but not as long. Forgot my associates name but straight to the point and knowledgeable. We insisted on keeping the same number we had for 20yrs so we had to talk to corporate. Also picked up a smart watch for wifey. I can wait until i buy it. Located in cross county mall”

“Opened my account going on a year now, my representative at the time was Derrick. He was very informative about what plans etc. would best meet my needs and I have to say that I am very happy with my spectrum services. Recently my grandmother shared with me that her cable service was too high, I asked her who she was with, and she said spectrum. I reached out to Derrick and asked him how they could help her, Derrick said send her down to the store. Long story short he saved her about $60 a month. Thank you, Derrick, for all your hard work.”

“On Friday I called Verizon wireless to transfer 1 number from 1 account to another the representative turned my phone off instead of. I was in tears bc not only did they shut my line off but 3 out of the 4 lines I use and none of my children were with me to get in contact with. A very patient and wonderful Verizon associate who is pretty new only been with the company 4 months called Verizon customer service on my behalf and over and hour later had my service restored I've had the number almost 25 years with Verizon. The whole team was empathetic and restored my faith in customer service Thank you .”
“I have to say Kenneth, Nevin, Felix, and everyone were giving me top notch excellent service! Felix is amazing and helped me onboard three line for a family plan! Nevin and Kenneth were absolutely professional amazing they were able to help 3 ppl including me transfer phone or replace our original phone numbers! They have been so patient and super sonicked the whole speed of helping us be in the plan. I genuinely think we all need to be patient and give them a chance as they were with us. If you are a family coming to get a family plan they will help you but those three mobile experts were my faves! God bless them they were so patient with us even though it was so confusing and annoying. Get Tmobile since it's amazing I got tired of Lyca and simple mobile. I hope this review helps for anybody trying to switch.”
