She was honestly so kind and patient with me. She took her time explaining everything, answered all my questions, and made the whole process way less stressful than I expected. You can tell she genuinely cares and isn’t just trying to rush people through.

“On Friday I called Verizon wireless to transfer 1 number from 1 account to another the representative turned my phone off instead of. I was in tears bc not only did they shut my line off but 3 out of the 4 lines I use and none of my children were with me to get in contact with. A very patient and wonderful Verizon associate who is pretty new only been with the company 4 months called Verizon customer service on my behalf and over and hour later had my service restored I've had the number almost 25 years with Verizon. Every technical road bump they smoothed over easily. I was helped by Tati, who, while porting my old phone to my new one, made that boring process very enjoyable. They were super busy today and I saw everyone handling two customers at a time to try and make sure everyone was being taken care of, even though some of the customers in there were being quite snarky and rude to them they managed to handle the chaos well! The guy who helped me Miguel was new and was very kind and the manager Maria was very patient with me and him as well! If you are looking for a great experience ask for them!”
