“I personally would like to thank the Joseph Banks staff for being professional, courteous and prompt. I came in for an adjustment for a custom suit and the tailor (wish I recalled his name was great) as he kept it simple but detailed.
The sales person who led to me to the tailor was Kyle, and SHE was the BEST! From helping me with choices in CLEARANCE to the dressing rooms to checkout, Kyle was patient, helpful and has a great eye for an outfit. I highly recommend stopping by for all you're fashion needs!”

I just had a terrible experience ant Men's warehouse before I discovered their shop. Immediately upon entering and throughout the process Giovanni and his wife Carmela who assisted me felt like family. They helped me with every detail for me and my groomsmen and I received beyond excellent customer service advice and help. They specialize in comfort as well as fashion to make you feel like a million bucks on whatever special occasion you require their services for. 10/10 will recommend to everyone I know!”

I especially enjoy the vintage gear and photos decorating the walls. I used some of that stuff back in the day! Like leather lace-up boots and cable bindings.”

“We bought a jacket for my 5yr old 13 months ago. He’s 5 and wore it to death last winter and the beginning of this winter. The zipper was always a little hard to use. It stopped zipping. I was frustrated every time I zipped it up. My son couldn’t do it at all. I knew it was out of warranty so I called customer service. They said they could repair it but it would take 8 WEEKS! Dag. Can’t do that. They said to take it to my local store and ask to exchange or return it even though it’s out of warranty. Ok? Sure. So I went to the Yonkers store. They saw the jacket and how beat up it was. Of course they were hesitant to exchange or return it. I would be too. Najib, the manager on duty came and helped my wife. Even though he was hesitant (reasonably so, my kid isn’t easy on his clothing), Najib let us exchange it. I’m writing this review to show how good a company LL Bean is and how well they handle the grey areas of retail. He could have sent us on our way but he was calm, cool and really helped us out. I’m not a jerk who takes advantage of return policies like so many people do. It’s those folks who ruin it for the rest of us. The fellows at the Yonkers store were solid. Id happily have them on my staff and the Bean should be proud to have them at the Yonkers store helping families like mine sort through tough aspects of the retail relationship. Shop here. “I can't recommend Threads and Treads enough. I started running again in my late 30s and had tried ordering shoes online. After a few fails, I went in person and the staff were so helpful. They looked at my feet and the arches, the width, my stance, how I walk... and helped direct me to a shoe that would support all these areas. But I want to say that, for all the expensive orders Richards must get, I was so appreciative and touched by the attention to detail and customer service I received. Specifically, they gift wrapped the order beautifully, included a congratulatory gift tag note, and sent a hand written note from the person who put the order together. Above and beyond. “This Kohl’s feels a bit larger than others I’ve visited, which is a nice plus. Customer service is located in the back corner, which can be a little out of the way, but the staff was friendly and helpful. One of the biggest improvements is the recent renovation, especially in the front of the store. They’ve consolidated all the registers into one section, which makes checkout much more efficient. The store is well-organized, and overall, I had a great shopping experience.”
