“Last week I had an issue with my phone. Every time I plugged in my charger I would get pop-ups of ads. I tried to remedy this on my own and of course you know what happened. Other things get screwed up. So I hiked down to the Verizon on Erie Boulevard in Syracuse and was helped by a young man named AJ. It took a long time to figure out what was wrong with the phone and I thought it was hopeless. Just when I was losing all hope AJ yelled Eureka! He really didn't yell Eureka but did say I got it! I have no idea what it was even though he told me twice. He said it was something hidden somewhere lol. The phone was back to its normal function! This man's patience is incredible. I am forever in his debt I didn't want to lose anything that was saved on it. This must have taken him at least an hour and he did it! Kudos to AJ!”
