Even before I took the part of the plastic bag, Janique had identified the vacuum it came from. Wow! She walked me to the back of the store and asked me to wait as she spoke to her manager, Jon. The next thing I knew she was coming toward me with the replacement part in hand…all this in 10 minutes!!!! I told Janique I would write a review on google. “We needed to replace a 25 year old built-in Monogram refrigerator. Our salesman, Shaya, was very helpful and responsive in finding us a replacement. Drimmers sent a crew to confirm that the replacement could be brought up to and in our apartment -- which it could not. Shaya then explored other alternatives with us and we ultimately settled on a Sub-Zero with the same footprint but which could be partially disassembled in order to bring it into the apartment. Drimmer arranged all the details and the installation was ultimately a success. And for all of this, the Drimmers all-in price was the best available, with no hidden extras.”

Len-Harris did not disappoint, the knowledgeable salesman Jonathan knew all the specs and pointed me to great units.
