“Very welcoming branch. I walk through the doors and the employee’s always greet me. They speak english as well, it’s very convenient for me as I don’t speak polish.
Open until 7pm routinely, which is a plus for me since I work late. They also have the best rates around on mortgages and car financing. Wish I opened an account sooner here to enjoy the benefits they offer.”

“I went to this branch because my local branch in Middle Village Queens in Eliot Avenue, refused to help me. They said they were unable to do a domestic wire transfer to a bank in Manhattan that would convert the USD into euros, when I told the middle Village branch that I have done this before, and I wanted to speak to a manager I was told by the manager who was hanging out for 10-15 minutes since I arrived , That they were not able to do it and sent me on my way. Even though I also told her that I was able to do this before. Then I went to the Maspeth branch after calling customer service, and finding out the transfer could be done. I was helped by a teller name Grace. Grace was nothing more than polite and helpful, she assisted me in my transaction and apologize for the bad behavior of the other branch she knew what to do and she follow through with my transaction and could not believe, when I told the other bank that I had done this before that they didn’t sit down and try to assist me further. No wonder the Maspeth bank was so crowded in the middle village. One was empty.”
