I was having a issue with door on my unit and it was going to be replaced but because it's been almost 6 months since I dropped off my key, he quickly resolved the issue by letting me move to a different unit. He is a very nice gentleman and quick to help in anyway he can.”

“I needed a storage unit fast. A week later I had to get a second storage unit. I felt secure in getting a second unit. There was a death in the family, and I was not expecting to need a storage unit to make room in the house for as many family coming to stay over. I am in a special circumstance where I needed two units, one for the family & one just for myself. There are plenty of different size options available for rent including larger ones than the two I needed.
Scot is amazing, and very knowledgeable when I had questions regarding the storage facility like the difference between climate controlled units vs enclosed outdoor storage units, etc. I was confident with the facility to get a second unit. The later gate access time drop off for storage is also a bonus. I do intend to reduce the number of storage units I have and may get a larger unit so I can move all my storage from another storage facility and bring everything to A-Verdi.”

When it comes to moving and storing needs. after moving five or six times throughout the years. I’ve had headache and heartache with different companies, but there’s seamless integration on online booking and that the fact that I did everything through my mobile phone . There mobile platform Literally two or three clicks, and I had a storage unit waiting for me with the Lock . And was moving same day at 9 pm on a Sunday . “I just moved in to an B&C storage unit. Their prices are a bit more fair than the other storage place I used in the past. I like that B&C does not force me to pay another $15 per month insurance fee and I am hoping that B&C does not continue to raise their prices every 6 months. That is not cool that other storage places continue to raise their rates even when you have been a loyal paying customer. I did not give a 5 star rating bc I would like to have a bathroom & an electrical outlet available someplace close to the units.”

“Excellent service and communication. I have a vehicle parking space and an environmentally controlled storage unit, and both are well taken care of. Well plowed in the winter, and the environment unit has always stayed well controlled. They also have uncontrolled units, but I am not in any of those. Owner is clear and helpful, never have any issues with them. And whenever I need a recommendation on local services, they've been able to point me at a great provider right away. As a business owner myself, I am glad I can trust the America Stores It team and whomever they refer me to.”
