For many of my purchases I’ve worked with Garth, who could not be more helpful, knowledgeable, and pleasant. I have a small, old house with inconvenient dimensions, yet Garth has always managed to help me figure out a solution to my house’s limitations. I’m not exaggerating when I say that my strategy is as follows: (1) have an appliance need, (2) call Garth, (3) check it off my list. End of concern. What more could you want?”

“Duravac were great! We had a DIY installation that went bad from the previous owner and Mike and his crew came in and installed a brand new unit as well as the Hide a hose setup (only way to go). They were professional and extremely easy to work with while we sorted out the mess we had from the previous system. If you’re on the fence about hide a hose vs traditional ports - go hide a hose and…CALL MIKE. 5 out of 5 for Mike and his crew.”

“JAY'S APPLIANCE DELIVERS WITH EXCELLENCE!Yesterday afternoon 9/21/2023, I called Jay's to see if they could get a GE washer not listed on their website?Our washer took it's last breath that morning. Madelyn at Jay's answered the phone. I gave her the GE model I was looking for, and she checked to see if she could get it for me. Madelyn told me she could have it delivered the next day, the price I was given with delivery, install and removal of the old washer, which also included a new stainless steel hose setup was excellent!This morning at 7:10am I received a call from the delivery service saying the washer would be delivered between 8am-12pm, at 8:55am I received another call from the delivery service saying the truck will be at my house within the next 30 minutes. At 9:20am, the delivery truck was outside my door.My honey and I were worried the men would have a problem taking out and bringing in the new washer and installing it in the basement for us, another big concern we had was the men scratching up our new wood floors making this delivery. We are very happy to say ALL went very well, the two delivery men were true professionals, they knew exactly what and how to do everything with ease! This was our first time buying at Jay's Appliance, and because I knew what I was looking for, buying from my armchair was a breeze to do! For sure if the need comes up, we will shop again at Jay;s Appliance in Levittown NY. Thank you Madelyn at Jay's Appliance, for making this transaction go as smooth as it did for us!”

“I had a great experience with the purchase of a washer and dryer which I needed asap. Their customer service is great. I did everything on the phone, they gave me a much better price than at comparable stores, delivery and installation was within 2 days (their delivery and installation people were wonderful), they made everything easy. I highly recommend (ask for Jessa).”

“I was in a critical, urgent situation with having to transfer from one homeless family shelter to another. I was in need of a rental vehicle & visited after much prayer. Thankful to Jesus who made the way and these associates that took care of my needs from my initial visit w/Yvette R. who reached out to ASM Eddie Ray with my request. Everything was setup according to my needs. Friday morning there was a slight issue but all was resolved within an hour prior to my arrival. Thank you to John & Diana in that department. Upon return lastly met & taken care of by Yvette M. Thanks to all of you helpful & pleasant associates. There wasn't any discriminating due to my status, race, sex, etc. Parking was readily avail. Rental van was spacious, paper provided to cover flooring. I would recommend this location. Thanks everyone. May God continue to Bless you all with a loving heart & your endeavors.”

“The great thing about this store is that they hire a lot of retired contractors who know what they are talking about, understand your home improvement needs, and what the best tools and materials for your job are. And, they are quick! You can spend your day off working on your projects instead of hunting and pecking through chaotic shelves or dealing with clueless salespeople.”
“So I went to buy slats and after asking couple of busy associates I met Adnan in the wood department. He was very humble and kind he started helping me right away not not only that cut the wood for me and searched online for right sizes he was very very helpful and I’m glad I met him thanks for help ♥️”

I'm a retired electrician that's been to them in all 5 boros.
Some places looked sloppy with lazy workers.
This specific Home Depot was very neat & had everything we needed.
One of the workers spent a lot of time with me trying help me find a specific tool for a project.
Also helped my Nephew find what he needed.
The workers in this place seemed happy to work there. They kept the place clean. Which is very important when you're trying to find a device amongst thousands of other devices.
I can safely recommend this Home Depot.
The only caviat was no security in the parking lot which no places really have but all need.
You have to have eyes behind your head when you're out now crime is a big problem everywhere and vagrancy. If they don't get it under control everyone will start ordering stuff online and jobs will be lost. Put some security in the parking lots.”
