They were professional and extremely easy to work with while we sorted out the mess we had from the previous system. If you’re on the fence about hide a hose vs traditional ports - go hide a hose and…CALL MIKE. 5 out of 5 for Mike and his crew.”

“I have had great experiences working with RTV for multiple appliance repairs. They are honest, transparent and upfront about what is involved in any repair. The owner, Andrew, is an exceptional technician and incredibly knowledgeable in the trade. Sometimes the initial attempt at a repair are not always “the fix” but RTV has always followed through and ultimately resolved the issue. I’ve realized that appliances today are far more complicated than machines from 20 years ago and I am glad to have a company like RTV that I can call for help whenever I need them.”
