“Went here to buy a full propane after being recommended by Ace Hardware. Full propane tank about $60 and $30 if you have a empty tank to exchange for a full one. Service was friendly and would definitely go back.”

“A 36" door bottom sweep arrived damaged (shipped via UPS): the shipping container and door sweep were both bent. Quality Door & Hardware filed a claim with UPS and quickly shipped a replacement sweep, which was received in perfect condition. Excellent customer service.”

“Staff in store was very helpful in finding some outdoor christmas lights. I bought the hard to find last one in stock at this location. Then the staff found more in another location only a couple miles away and they were able to have it on hold, so when i made the quick drive to the 2nd location my item was already at the counter waiting for me. “I would like to give a big Thank You to Steve and George for going the extra mile to help!I’ll try to make a long story short…my Dad recently passed away. My Mother wanted to BBQ but was overwhelmed with Dad’s big barrel charcoal grill. I went in last weekend to purchase a small gas grill for her. I drove my Dad’s pickup truck and went to Ace in Massapequa Park to buy “the perfect grill” for my Mom.Steve came right over and showed me all the grill options. I chose a weber gas grill. Steve said they don’t keep many grills in stock and they didn’t have it, but would order it for me. I explained I needed it today & asked if the floor model was In perfect working order for sale. Steve said yes!Him and George came right outside and not only out the grill into Dad’s pickup truck, but also showed me how to work the back hatch and cover.I got the grill to Mom’s house and noticed it was missing the ignition.I went back to the store, Steve took all my information showed me what to look for on the grill to take pictures for him to figure out what part was missing.Steve even called into the store on his day off to make sure my issue would be fixed.George came out to Mom’s house yesterday, installed the part and made sure the grill was “perfect” for Mom!Thank you Steve and George!You helped us, educated us, and made sure we had an excellent experience!!Thank You Costello’s Ace Hardware”

“This is a great Home Depot location! I went in looking for a specific clearance lawn and garden cordless tool combination package. I quickly found it on the shelves in the garden center and it was clearly marked as clearance. A very professional and pleasant home depot employee was right there to help me get the item unlocked. He even carried it for me to a cash register with a real person there to ring up my purchase. The cashier was also professional and pleasant. This was an excellent Home Depot shopping experience! I really enjoy going to this location.”

“It's a pretty good local hardware store. It's not huge like the big chains, but they have a decent amount in stock for your regular household maintenance needs. They are pretty friendly and accommodating. I've used them for plumbing and hardware supplies, as well as tools. There is a rewards program and discount offers and you can order ahead for pickup or delivery.”
