I think he went above and beyond, calling me right away with her lab results and sending me literature explaining her diagnosis. I am very pleased with the care she has received so far. I noticed one of my cats was developing urinary issues and was turned away from several vets (to far booked out, not accepting new patients) before I found Cats Exclusively. They understood the potential severity of our problem and made room in their schedule for my cat to be seen.Within one hour we had diagnosis and a care plan in place. I was so anxious and overwhelmed by the thought of my cat being sick, but I was quickly made to feel confident in his care and his future. “We took our horse there for an eye extraction because he had cancer in it. They did a great job, and the place was clean, the people were very nice and they were also nice enough to be able to work with us with the price. We rescue horses, and needed help with Popeye. They were very good. Popeye lived for another 8 years, before passing away with new polyps that was in the nasal passage. During a colic episode a clot went to his brain and dropped him.”
“I've been taking my dog to Suburban for about 10 years. I've always had a great experience, from the front desk to the techs and vets. Even with emergencies, they were able to get my dog in and looked at. My dog recently passed away and they sent a nice card.”

“My puppy at 6 months old broke his elbow and growth plate and had to have emergency surgery. They got him in right away and took the best care of him. The staff is so friendly and pleasant and let me call throughout his stay there as many times as I wanted to check in on him. As we went back for the next three weeks for check ups after his surgery, he was so excited to see everyone. It made the awful situation a better experience for us. 10/10. My boy is back to running around and playing like he was before.”
“Have been there couple times w/our newly adopted dog because his previous owner used Banfield. Wish it was closer to Farmington area though but they’ve been great! Because of the distance we have a vet that is local and only 5 mins away. BUT Will be going back to Banfield on Thurs. as our 2.5 yr old dog will be getting neutered. We are choosing Banfield as they are around $600-$700 cheaper and we have had very good experiences there. Same procedure but as we’re finding out, our local vet is a lot more expensive for the same vaccinations & allergy shots. It’s crazy! Weighing the difference between distance, time & overall costs.”

“Amanda is amazing! I have two rescue pups who can get very nervous with grooming. She treated them so gently and even worked with my little Ollie to get him used to the nail buffer - a task I thought was impossible. They went from being very scared of grooming with their tails tucked under the entire time to now entering and leaving the grooming salon with their tails wagging. Thank you Amanda! You're the best!”
