Then he communicated with us several times until all the lines were transferred, etc. We reached out a couple more times with questions, and he answered immediately and knowledgeably. “Around 10 years ago I walked into this Metro... At first I was so impressed as I was standing in line, watching Arti take each customer so sweet and friendly. I watched her speak multiple languages to accommodate each customer. I've purchased multiple phones over the years from this location. 1 thing is for sure, Arti will never let you leave without making sure that your phone is completely protected. There is no sales pitch or anything of the sort. I've seen so many stores come and go. Not this one. I moved 40 minutes away from this location. I could've easily went to the Metro up the road but no... I chose to drive to this Metro for my new phone today. Quality over convenience and as expected, nothing but the best.”

“I am not one to leave a review on anything I purchase, visit, or go to. I had to make this one because of the excellent customer service I received from Marie. I was blown away by how helpful she was.
Being in the construction industry for over 30 years I have not paid any attention to the new technology of my phone. I can tell you about concrete, asphalt, drainage at commercial buildings but I can’t tell you anything about search engines, widgets, and absolutely nothing about the iCloud.
I had no idea what plan I had or what great deal I was entitled to for years that I have been a customer of Metro PCS and no one else from another store I was dealing with never took a look or explained anything to me about my plan. Marie explained everything and I walked out of there with a phone and a beautiful tablet for 50 dollars and no extra line charge and my unlimited plan is still exactly the same payment that it has been for years.
I live about 30 minutes away from the Selden store and probably passed 3 or 4 metro stores and I will keep doing that because of Maries fantastic customer service. The fact that she is absolutely beautiful is just a added bonus. Thank you for all your help I really appreciate it and will recommend everyone to go there to independent plaza and ask for Marie.”
“Honestly I wish I could give this store 10 stars out of 5! I had been having issues with the "call" function on my phone. Previously I had spent 2 hours in online chat with Cricket Customer Service; after their attempts didn't work, the online folks told me to visit a Cricket store in person. The first Cricket store I went to was not helpful so I came here, and it was like night & day! Tanya was incredibly kind and helpful. She listened to what was going wrong. She tested some functions herself, swapping SIM cards in different phones. She called Cricket's deeper tech support system herself on the store phone, and worked with me and the tech guy to test and troubleshoot further. This took more than an hour and she never lost patience. They eventually figured out it was a bug in the phone itself (some Samsungs just seem to lack a key update capability), and this allowed me to send the phone back while it was still eligible for return. I am so grateful for their help - and their kindness. Thank you!!!”

Danny and staff were able to quickly tell from the start the issue i was having with my smartphone and were able to quickly diagnose it. Not only did they fix my phone, but they were able to take a quick look at my phone plan and show me a plan that was able to save me money monthly and still get more features than the current plan i had when i walked in.
